Pearl Milk Tea Club on 25th Ogden

The workers were nice but it took forever to make one drink. they looked like they didnt know what they were doing there. we were standing there for about 25 mins with only 3 people in front of us. drink was mediocre. newgate stores way better

First time ordering and had really high hopes , I ordered a matcha flavor, milk tea with boba. The shop was cute and I really liked the art! The design on the cup is also super cute. The only thing was the flavor of the drink and the boba. The drink was watery and the boba didn’t taste fresh, like it was mushy instead of firm and chewy . My sister also did not like the drink at all. Hoping next time the drinks and boba will be better.

I stopped at the 25th street in Ogden for the 2nd time and both time they were super slow!!!! cashier was nice but wait time was ridiculous. First time we asked for a napkin and the my “didn’t “ have any! This time a customer asked for a napkin because their daughter spilled some of her drink in the stroller she was in, and again they didn’t have any!
For any type of business they should have napkins but they apparently don’t buy any or offer any either.

employees are not treated right. they look overworked and stressed.

Came in to order two boba smoothies - last week had a great experience- however the people behind the bar making the drinks tonight literally took over 20 min for 2 smoothies and looked sooooo confused as to what they were doing. One group was ahead of us and a drink came out every 5-10 min. Someone walked in behind us ordered got her drink and left. We sat and waited and finally were presented with frozen boba in our smoothies. We suggest maybe a little more training for the employees and better customer service. Totally said with love- Respectfully!

Excited to have found a boba shop during my stop at the mall. Sadly, it was the most disappointing milk tea I’ve ever had. Unsweetened and watery, with the strangest texture for the boba in my tea. It’s was like coloured water with no flavour.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I came here and ordered a strawberry sour smoothie.They didn’t give me a smoothie and didn’t even explain that it would be separated. They told me no and wanted me to pay 11 dollars for a smoothie after I told them they gave me the wrong thing. It was nasty and watery. The one at Newgate mall has much better service and drinks.

Dakota is very nice and fun! We came in when it was fairly busy and he was friendly and quick with our order! (:

I've been getting drinks here every sunday for several months now and the drinks are absolutely amazing. The staff are usually super great about everything from the wait time to COVID safety measures. However, today as we waited in line I noticed that one of the staff who was making drinks had his mask off the entire time. For fifteen minutes he behind the wall within six feet of both his co-workers and customers. I love the drinks but not enough to put myself in that kind of unsafe situation again.
