In this plaza of Ogden it's pretty packed and full of people and life, but when going in here, it's a whole different vibe.
This place has probably the best employees I've ever interacted with, and some of the best service and food, I recommend coming here and getting the slush boba! It was amazing the whole atmosphere was great, I am so excited to come back here!

My wife and I love going to the Pearl Milk Tea Club in Ogden! The boba smoothies are always delicious. They have many options for flavours and if one would like they can add another flavour to the smoothie. They have many options of boba and an option to add more boba. My wife and I always go out of our way to get a boba smoothie whether we are in Ogden or passing by.

Cute inside. Nice illustrations. The drink was delicious, but the boba pearls were ok. They were chunky at times or too chewy. I got strawberry lemon.

I almost walked right on by but the adorable JJK drawing on the window drew me in. It's a cute lil boba tea place on 25th, great option for if you're looking for something sweet.

This place has become my new habit and it's so good. I just get the smoothie with a popping boba. Delicious!

I've been extremely dissapointed with pearl milk tea. I love boba and as this is one of the only boba places in ogden I come here fairly frequently. Almost every time I go there is an issue with my drink. Today the jellys were undercooked. I've been before where the boba is so overcooked its all one mass of jelly at the bottom of the drink that cant be slurped up in the straw. All my friends ask for no boba in our drinks here because every time we go the boba is just mush and a horrible texture. No matter what flavor milk tea I get they all taste like they are just the same standard brown sugar base with no add ons. A few days ago me and my friend ordered two seperate milk tea drinks but they tasted exactly the same. I also think for being a store dedicated to boba they have a really small menu selection compared to specialized drinks you'll find at places like sharetea. I really want to like this place so Im leaving this review in the hopes that a manager can make some changes! I will say customer service and the decor is very well done!

Best place for a nice treat! Thank you Luco and Ari for serving me and my kids! It was Sunday night just on the dot 8 pm when they closed I ask if they can still make us some drinks, I was hoping so since we live in the Box Elder area and it takes a while to travel down to Ogden. And they both were happy to! I really appreciate this kind of customer service! Not like Baskin Robbin were I was refused a shake 10 minutes before closing cause they supposedly clean their machines 10 minutes before time. Sounds like McDonald’s broken ice cream machine 😂 Anywho little things like this go long ways in making a person happy. Thank you for hiring great people! God bless!

I love this place! I have to go every time I go to 25th. My favorite thing to get is peach milk tea add boba (the tapioca is my favorite, but they have many popping boba options)! It's very friendly, in both staff and atmosphere. The staff always has a good attitude, and you can hear them laughing and joking while they make your things. It's cheap, and fast! I love you Pearl Milk Tea Club!!!!

Went into the establishment today for the first time to do some networking and wanted to try them out. I was greeted by a young lady. I explained to her I was going around to the local businesses to hand them a flyer and coupons for an event we were holding in our store (which is a clothing store and not a competitor). We were kindly asking if they would like to donate something (gift card, swag, anything) because we are putting together a raffle basket to support local businesses to raffle off. She then proceeds to tell me “The owner does not like supporting other businesses.” I explained I was not trying to get them to promote mine, but just handing the employees some coupons and a flyer for our event, and that we were a women’s clothing store and not a competitor. She then says verbatim “And if you’re not Asian he won’t have anything to do with you.” My jaw hit the floor. I couldn’t believe what she had just said. I just turned around and walked out the door. It’s fine if you don’t want to donate anything, but me and my coworker were shocked at the way she was speaking to us and the things she said. There are other ways to decline or speak to other people. Like girl, I was just trying to give you a coupon to go get some clothes and get a boba drink but that’s ok. I will not step foot in this establishment ever again. Most businesses we went into today were excited to throw a little something in the basket to promote their business and network with other businesses, while a few said they could not which is totally fine. They didn’t treat us bad for asking. Poor customer service regardless and just not professional. Could have turned it down without making the owner of the business you work for look like a racist jerk.

Boba was good, but the experimental tea flavors were not. A smaller, more straightforward menu would make it easier for the customer to decide on a drink that they are likely to enjoy.
