Pearl Milk Tea Club on 25th Ogden

Truly they are the kings of boba for all of the Ogden area to enjoy. Fresh and on point very impressed. Truly a delight, you have to try the smoothies!!!

They have so many options. Inside is a great atmosphere to hang out and enjoy your boba.

Customer service was poor, I tried to call ahead to order and asked how long they were open which they said 9pm. They redirected me to their app for order ahead, which was not user friendly at all. I called back and asked to just place the order by phone, they told me that was against policy, which is fine. I arrived to the store at 8pm, the door was locked, yet people were inside and the open sign was on. I waited and no one opened the door. Customer service was poor and I probably won’t be returning.

Can I say how much I love this place?! Best boba ever! I have tried different flavors every time and never disappointed! They know what they are doing! 🏆

Been here a couple of times. Drinks were okay but not phenomenal.

I'm not sure if they are in the middle of a renovation but there are no longer any furniture or snacks to buy from them like I see in the Google images. The decor is really bad and incoherent. Random things in their shelves and even had a half open watermelon in their bottled drink refrigerator where customers can just grab it.

There are a lot of 1 stars but I think they just need to rebrand themselves

The people here are really nice but that's not enough to keep me coming back anymore. Today was the last time. I made sure to repeat my order three times because it was a little busy. I am annoyed EVERY time I order my smoothy. I get one, large, mango and banana mixed smoothy. They're more than happy to charge me for the extra fruit but I never get it. I ALWAYS have to go back inside to have my smoothy made again. I get a half hour lunch break and all of that time is wasted, waiting on two drinks that should have only been one. Today, I could have had it made again, but with how busy they got AFTER my order I decided I'm done here and said screw it.

I cannot recommend this establishment for anyone that wants a "special" drink made anymore.

The shop itself was really cute, loved the murals in there. The service was also okay, not bad at all, but not incredible. However, the one downside for this boba shop is the bubble tea itself - it's not very good.

For starters the flavor of the milk tea is pretty watered-down. We got the brown sugar and Taro, so your mileage may vary, but the brown sugar milk tea specifically was NOT up to par with other milk tea shop's I've been to in the past. The flavor was muted and did not really have the iconic brown sugar taste to it.

Additionally, the tapioca pearls were very overcooked. They were incredibly mushy, as opposed to being firm and chewy. It was a little off-putting, and wasn't very pleasant to eat.

Overall, it was a cute spot. Unfortunately at the time of visit, the product is not very good.

First time coming here, the customer service was excellent and friendly but pretty disappointed in the tea. My husband and I ordered the ice Thai tea with boba, it was super watery tasting like tap water and carrot juice? Never had Thai tea taste this bad.

This place was great! They were a bit busy when we got there so it was a little wait, but definitely worth it. The Boba was tender and the flavors were on point. I got a coconut taro shake and my wife got a brown sugar milk tea. Best I've had in Utah!
