Got 2 got milk teas here and they were hands down the worst milk teas I’ve ever had. The “milk tea” tasted like someone put a Lipton tea bag in hot water for 20 seconds and then added a few drops of milk. The boba was undercooked. Strangely enough they served hot boba but had no proper cups for it and had to cut holes in the lid for the straw.

Had to throw them away they were undrinkable.

Probably the worst boba smoothie I’ve had. Take out only, nowhere to sit and relax, no bathroom access.

was in there and some lady fired a kid right in front of us that person should get fired, you couldn’t pull him aside or what. will never go back again that is messed up !

These people are amazing. Friendly staff, super clean store, great boba tea, fruit shake ect whatever you like they have.

Great selection of coffee, tea, and smoothies. Fast & friendly service. Comfortable and relaxing sitting area. Great location. Prices are great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the Boba teas are delicious, and I love the decor. The prices are also great. I've only been twice, but I'm on the way to becoming a regular. Highly recommend!

I like the establishment overall and the drinks are good. They have a lot of different flavors and some are really unique flavors for the area. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait which is fine. I think the areas for improvement are:

1). It seems like they try to have as few people on shift as possible which seems to be very overwhelming for the workers.

2). I really wish they'd bring back the seating. This place could be a 5-star hangout if it was more atmospheric inside and you could spend some time hanging out at the cafe. I came more often when there were couches and seating. For the last year or two it's only been a to-go shop.

3). Small to mention, but I think photos on the menu would help clarify the drink types. :)

We stopped by here while we were in Ogden, and our Milk tea came out completely separated and just disgusting. We asked if it could be remade, and she (Erica) stated there was nothing she could do, and refused to remake the drink.

EDIT: I appreciate the response! We did get it remade. I don’t know if this your operating practice, but we came back at 5:25 and Erica has been turning people away telling them that she isn’t taking any more orders for the night.

First time in. We had the BEST service ever from Michael. He was attentive, helpful and incredibly awesome. Highly recommend this place as long as he's working there. Go check it out!
