Several awesome plates! The cauliflower was full of flavor over pesto. The pork short ribs had a delicious light sauce. The carrots and potatoes had beautiful complexity. The ravioli with cheese and mushrooms satiated the pállate delightfully. Wow!

Atmosphere seemed to be the only good thing. The food was ok at best. Only one item seemed half way healthy. Cooked items were almost overcooked, making it very crunchy and hard to eat. Even the kids granola was very hard. Oversized silverware for adults, let alone my toddlers. Eggs were greasy. Small menu. 20% gratuity automatically included. I'm a local and I expect a lot better, especially for the price.

This is hands down the best restaurant in Moab and would rate it in my top 5 of all time and since I’ve been around the world and to many chef tables and testing menu, it was a joy to discover such a restaurant in a small town .
I would say it’s a fusion type you need to mix everything so it make it even more tasteful.
The flavors in is dishes are marvelously getting together perfectly. Each plate by themselves already have a lot of flavors but the way he mix everything together is just out of this world .
This guy is a true master chief and i thank him a lot for having the opportunity to eat at this restaurant . This is a 10 out of 5 and we eat there several time in our stay because i wanted to see if everything was as good as our first meal , and it was 🤩💫⭐️.
Deserts too are out of this world.
Don’t be the type who eat their pea by themselves before your potato.
Share plates and mix things in your spoon you will discover an all new world of flavors in your mouth.
Bon appétit!

Very small, intimate place in a boutique hotel
We ate here Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The staff was awesome!!! Very helpful and fun.
My food was just so, so. The first night I had the chicken dish. The crispy skin was good, but the meat was skimpy, 3 small legs. Would have preferred 1 breast, but that's my fault for not asking what part of the bird I would get
The second night I had the pork belly special. It was very tasty, but skimpy again. There were 6 pieces about 12 mm in size.
My daughter ordered the truffle pasta dish. It was dry and lacking in sauce and flavor. She asked for Parm cheese to make it more flavorful, but by the time she got it, her dish was cold
My husband enjoyed his meals.
Alcohol was on par for Utah
Waitress told us a fun story about the local gin.

Great dinner. Lovely place. Great cocktail options, wonderful food, good service. Make sure to save some space for desert.

Great food and service. Our server, Anna was very knowledgeable and passionate about the menu and culture of the restaurant. Local produce was in abundance and the artfully plated food that tasted even better. We had the fish of the day and the pork of the day, both were excellent. The eggplant on the menu was a stand out family style side dish. The experience was even more special with a table side visit by the chef to answer any questions. We will be back soon.
Try the cookie for dessert, it was a perfect ending to a great meal.

The staff was lovely and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the food unfortunately was very, very disappointing. Maybe they just had a bad night. We ordered the risotto, fazzoletti, budino and the cookie. It was expensive, very small portion and unfortunately both the entrees tasted like fridge. The desserts were pretty good. We were also double charged, but caught it before leaving. I don't usually leave reviews but felt the experience was too unfair to ignore.

Delicious food attention to detail I was very impressed. Fantastic, unexpected.
Worth every penny Thanksgiving meal that was gourmet, but still traditional

Really great food, amazing atmosphere & right in downtown Moab! We came here while staying at the Radcliffe Hotel and we were not disappointed with the quality of food. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond for us! Tyson was our chef and he was amazing! We learned that all of the food was locally sourced from local farmers, which is so great! We loved the intimate and modern feel of this spot & we can’t wait to come back!

Easily our new favorite restaurant in town, with a true farm to table experience, amazing selection of cuts of meat, and perfect pairings of smaller plates and beverages, makes this a must visit.
As a more intimate and cozy space, it's recommended to make reservations. The wait staff was super attentive, knowledgeable and made great recommendations.
Don't forget to save room for their decadent desert options.
