Amazing breakfast and Gloria's! And a wonderful staff. Food was prompt and service was very kind. Atmosphere was clean and lovely. The quinoa breakfast bowl was fantastic. I loved the rosemary potatoes- salty, perfectly roasted with a crunch yet soft on the inside and full of flavor. And I LOVE their healthy fresh pressed juice options

Super delicious. Came in for breakfast a little after 7:45 and had food / coffee within 5 minutes of ordering. Food was obviously made to order and so flavorful. My smoothie was beyond divine. Wish prices were a touch lower so I wouldn't have felt so bad about having a coffee too, but with such high quality food you really can't complain.
Our waitress Diane (Diana maybe?) was beyond attentive and caring. She even filled up our water bottles with water and ice before we set out for the day.

Today we stopped in here for lunch as the kiddo was needing sustenance. This is a cute cafe, with a simple menu. They have a nice selection of smoothies, some sandwiches and more. Breakfast is served until 2 pm.
We sat out in the patio as it was only 90 out when we arrived.
Kiddo ordered the nachos with steak and a strawberry twist smoothie. Big kid ordered the Gloria burger and a chocolate shake. Hubby ordered the southwestern chicken sandwich, and I ordered the Cuban sandwich.
The Cuban was good, but a small sandwich. Hubby said his was good.
Kiddo’s smoothie was good, the nachos not so much. It was like they made it first then let it sit under lights for 20 minutes. The brands were not seasoned and undercooked. Too many cops and not enough toppings.
Big kid’s burger was good, but didn’t like eating raw jalapeños on the burger. Didn’t like the shake.
After we were done eating and were leaving the patio misters turned on, wish they had while we were sitting as it got hot fast. Over 100 when we left.

I searched organic restaurants and Gloria’s was the first to pop up so I decided to check it out after seeing the photos on google. Let me tell you it was great! Last night was their first night open for dinner. I had the creamy fettuccini Alfredo, came with a beautiful salad, and tasty garlic bread. Spot on for what I wanted. Good clean food and not shy of flavor. I even went back this morning for a fresh pressed juice, perfect for the road. 😋 The people working both shifts were all so nice! I can’t wait to come back in the future!!

We went in for breakfast around 7 and it was great! The food was absolutely delicious! We loved the atmosphere and the staff. Thank goodness they open early. We stopped in for a bite to eat before going to Arches NP.

Alright if you're here for breakfast... Do not get bacon and eggs. You can get that anywhere. Get that smothered burrito. Green chili smothered things are a southwestern classic. I got it with chorizo. Amazing. Everyone at the table was jealous. Also I like their black coffee. Beyond that service was quick and accurate.

Ordered the smothered breakfast burrito, super good, super massive. Wheat tortilla and feta was a bit different for the Hispanic theme going on, but overall still really good! Chorizo was awesome. Veggies and potatoes seemed fresh and thoroughly cooked. Would order again if hungry enough.

Fairly new restaurant in Moab so we tried something different.
Diane:
Coconut French Toast with a side of scrambled eggs added. The French toast was perfectly cooked and had a wonderful flavor. The coconut did not overpower it either. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly as well. Would have liked them cooked with fresh ground pepper to enhance the flavor of the eggs, as the pepper on the table did not have much flavor to it.
Steve:
I had the green eggs and ham with roasted potatoes and sourdough toast.
Once again the eggs were perfectly cooked. Added to them was fresh spinach (some whole leaf some chopped) and pesto. The basil and spinach made a very good combination and was a great escape from just scrambled eggs.
Normally I would switch ham for bacon but on a hunch I didn't. Good choice. I almost never eat ham but this was really tender and juicy with great flavor.
The roasted potatoes were seasoned well but some were overcooked. Overall, they were good.
The service from Melissa was friendly and efficient.
Overall, recommended two thumbs-up 👍👍

Fun, simple, great atmosphere. Stopped here before heading into a Park and got the “Wake up Plate” w eggs and bacon. Their bacon was not the biggest portion but it was honestly some of the best bacon I’ve had, along with the potatoes. Smaller portion size though, a lot of empty space on that plate, and the coffee was burnt as well. Would still recommend, just maybe not for someone with a hearty appetite.

Gloria's was very good for breakfast. They have a large selection of smoothies, shakes, and other items. All of the food was very good and used good ingredients.
