We came to Gloria’s looking for salads after a long hike. We came to the right place! The Cobb salad was great and the waitress was great about our different dietary restrictions. The salads were very large and I could have split mine. The tacos were also very good and were serviced with a tasty side sauce. The service was quick and overall, the food was pretty good! If you’re looking for a sizable lunch salad this is definitely the place to go in Moab.

Loved our breakfast at Gloria's. The place was packed for Memorial Day weekend and worth the short wait. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, food was well prepared and tasty, coffee hit the spot.
Envious of those who got a patio spot, it's top notch outside seating.
Keep up the greatness Gloria's, Moab Gem.

Breakfast was so great we had to come back again a second day in a row! I loved the “Green Eggs and Ham”! Delicious mix of eggs, spinach, pesto and feta!

The breakfast here is spectacular! You have to try either the green eggs and ham or the bagel with salmon! Customer service is fantastic. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is really cool. If you haven't been here you have to visit!

The lunch started at 11:30am so we only get chance to try breakfast. Very tradional breakfast and taste good.

I’ve been to this restaurant when it was the Peace Tree. Gloria’s has maintained the same vibe and quality. Thank you! Martin was the server for today and he made an excellent recommendation. I asked between the quinoa scramble or the huevos rancheros. Huevos for the win. The right amount of sweet and spicy with the green chili sauce. The topping looked like traditional cojita but probably feta. Either way, it worked for me. I will be back for the quinoa.

Came for lunch after receiving a recommendation and noticing the nice patio with misters while walking down the main street. There was about a 10 minute wait for an outside table, but there were a few open tables on the inside. There were about 15 tables outside that were cooled by misters. After being seated, waiter immediately came to take the drink and appetizers order. Started off with a Gloria's margarita and some mimosas for drinks and the Red Pepper Hummus with Pita Bread as an appetizer. The drinks came out quickly and were made just right. I liked the addition of the Grand Marnier and the splash of orange juice to the margarita, gave it a nice twist to a classic margarita. The red pepper hummus was very good as it had a nice consistency and a lot flavor.
For the main meals, ordered the Cuban Sandwich, Apple-Walnut-Goat Cheese and Cranberry Salad, and Mediterranean Pasta. All the food came out within 15 minutes and the portions were generous. My favorite was the Apple, Walnut, Goat Cheese, and Cranberry Salad. Those toppings all gave different tastes, textures, and crunches that went well together and complemented the spinach. The Cuban sandwich had a good amount of pork and a nice addition of chorizo to add a different flavor. The Mediterranean pasta was also good with the nice mix of ingredients over the fettuccini.
During the meal, a live musician, Jon O Radio, setup to add music over the meals. His music was nice as he looped in bass and percussion sounds while playing the guitar and singing live. It was a wide range of music that was enjoyable over lunch. Since was just enjoying the music, ordered a Tango Mango smoothie. The smoothie was made with fresh fruits and had nice chunks of coconut in it.
Gloria's was definitely a nice place to have lunch on the patio, be cooled by the misters, enjoy good food, and relax while listening to live music. Will definitely come back when visiting Moab again.

It was delicious!!! We just got two smoothies. It is a nice, relaxing, and comforting atmosphere. Loved it!! Wish we ate here instead of where we did eat.

Glory to Gloria’s corner cafe!! I highly liked their food. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was very friendly. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner; i went to dinner and ordered the peanut butter wrap, spicy hot pepper wrap and the thai wrap, all very yummy! We also got the loaded nachos and I will say i highly recommend ordering them! Smoothies and milkshakes are so yummy too! i definitely suggest visiting this place, also its not pricey at all!! (ps i ate the other stuff quicker than i took pictures, but SOOO good!)

This was a nice little breakfast spot. I got a bagel with lox and an order of blueberry pancakes. The lox bagel was decent (the mountain of arugula was a little unnecessary), but the pancakes were very good. The servers were very nice, but a lot of them seemed new (probably newer hires since things are settling down with Covid). Overall, I'd definitely come back, and maybe try some different entrées.
