My family love Gloria’s our favorite place in Moab. We have been there for breakfast lunch and dinner. Amazing service and variety on food. I love the breakfast and their wraps. I highly recommended Gloria’s for any ocasión and the food is very fresh. They also have smoothies and desserts in case your looking for a little snack

We were a group of 5 couples from the same high school going on the Arches National Park together, meeting over breakfast, twice. We took a long time to talk about our friendship of almost 50 years and we're having a great time together. The manager and servers were very accommodating, serving great food, convenient location and even helped us take a group photo to mark our mini reunion.

Somehow over the years I missed this place. I ordered takeout this morning and what a fantastic meal. I got the smothered burrito and it was delicious

Poor service. I would like to go back because I love smoothies, but feel strongly this is a takeout only place. The waitstaff are terrible. Was seated and asked staff walking by since nobody came, if I could order the server said let me get you water first, and then proceeded to work on other tables and didn’t return. I quickly read the situation. And decided I had two options, leave or get takeout. When I got to the takeout section the woman said one moment while I take this drink to a customer, then she went off to do something else. Suddenly the manager appears and takes my order. I witnessed one server walk by with a cup of coffee completely unaware she spilled some on the ground. It’s somewhat of a zombie staff or maybe they don’t care since tips are included in the bill?

Pretty hungry after a two day wheeling and camping adventure. Establishment was recommended by someone who had visited but didn't eat while there. I had the Cuban sandwich and honestly it just didn't do it for me. The pork didn't really have any flavor, with the pickles being the best standout part. My partner had the coconut French toast and didn't care for it being deep fried, but I thought those were pretty good. Service was acceptable with it being moderately busy inside. Just didn't really stick out to me as far as places go.

I was pleasantly surprised that the food was so good. I ordered the 8oz sirloin and it was fantastic. We sat outside and enjoyed the cool October breeze.

The apple, walnut, cheese and cranberry salad is outstanding. The Cuban Sandwich is more like a pulled pork than a Cuban but also very good. The service was slow (they were not busy) and the lighting inside was too dark for these old eyes. Had to take menu outside to read it. I will return if in Moab.
