Breakfast panini was EXACTLY what I was looking for such a long drive. Comfy, refreshing, with perfect amount of pesto. Coffee tasted great too.

The patio was very well kept and organized. Easy to park and eat with pets. Very quirky signs were enjoyable. The two men manning this were very courteous and nice!

I don’t know why it is showing ‘ temporarily closed’, or maybe it has been closed very recently. I ate here just in the last weekend. So it was open even in less than seven days ago. It was one of the best food trucks thửa I have been to. I ordered a caprese panini for myself and that was great. The bread and all the ingredients were fresh, and of high quality. The coffee ( mocha) was the best. It was one of the best mochas that I have had so far. The service was fast, the staff was nice. I wish I can eat there again. Highly recommended if you are in Moab, and if the place is open.

Late review: Stopped by this beautiful roadside food truck for breakfast and were immediately amazed by the taste and quality of the place. So much so that we wanted to come back the next day.

The food truck is closed on Tuesdays and they are open at another location within the premises of The Gonzo Inn - so, we decided to pay a visit.

We were touched by the welcoming and positive vibe of the place and the owners. Each order was given excellent care and food was very tasty and of great quality, especially for the price.
If you haven't tried their paninis, your visit to Moab is definitely missing something! Also, their coffee deserve a special mention too.

Will definitely visit soon the next time we are around.

Awesome little gem in the heart of Moab. Great coffee, food, and vibe. Our kids love the smoothies. This should absolutely be your first stop on your morning routine!

Such a good stop for lunch between hikes. Everything was so good and fresh!! I don't normally leave reviews for places but this cafe was so exceptional, I had to express how delicious everything was and the two men running it were so kind. They gave us great recommendations and you could tell they really cared about their customer satisfaction.

YUM! Stopped for good coffee and left with paninis and hot chocolate. We had the breakfast paninis which were amazing 😍 the balsamic glaze adds a bit of sweetness and is perfect. The hot chocolate was BOMB and so far my favorite in Moab. The dirty chai was fire, highly recommend. Lovely service and definitely worth a stop! Seating outside was welcome on a sunny 40f day with our pup.

The nice Turkish fellow spoke English and Chinese to me . How fun. The chicken was slightly dry in the chicken panini, however the bread was perfectly toasted. The mango/pineapple smoothie was sweet. The banana avocado smoothie was mild. Overall, not bad, a little steep for the price but it's Moab. There are many table, with and without shade, to sit and enjoy.

So stoked they’re back open for the season! Their dirty chai is our fave coffee here! Sausage croissants are delish and great for on the go!

The food is very good! Always super friendly, definitely stop by if you are in Moab :) This was our second visit, just as good as the first. We even skipped the hotel complementary buffet to eat breakfast here.

Flavorful coffee, friendly owners Darb (hope i got the name right) and Denise. Definitely warmed us up in this chilly morning and perked us up unto our next 1000 miles towards California !
