Fantastic coffee, great staff

I come here often, about 3 times a week. Good ambience, spacious, and an open dog friendly porch. Good coffee and a variety of food to choose from. I almost always get good service here. I honestly like it better than Starbucks!

Numerous choices on menu. Confections in glass case ALL looked wonderful. Service was friendly and served in a timely manner. I'll be back.

My wife and I want to love this place so bad. I'd like spend our money here rather than across the street at Starbucks but there are some issues for sure.
Consistency doesn't exist. You want a macchiato? Well... get ready to drink a cappuccino. Want a cappuccino? Be ready to enjoy a tasty latte.
My wife watched a woman wait for so long today she was late for work. With the short lines and the amount of staff behind the counter, there's no reason it should take more than a couple of minutes for one drink.

Staff has pretty good customer service. Love the decoration/layout.

Somebody please help! It has so much potential.

Busy but friendly staff!! I was there for a few weeks with my wife and we swung by this spot for a quick pick up and I got this tasty white chocolate mocha drink on ice...SO GOOD! Then I embarrassed myself when I was trying to help one the employees with what I thought was a violation lol so they’re TRAINED is all I have to say 😅😅. Good coffee, good people 👌🏻

We enjoyed the chai tea latte and a peppermint mocha. Put us in the fall spirit. This from the author of The Reckoning of, a novel of modern day family of dysfunction. Google it, and I hope you like it as much as I like Frank & Joe's!

Hands down, this is a top-notch coffee house and I couldn’t recommend it more highly! I have visited coffee houses around the country in several major cities and have to say that this is one of the finest. The atmosphere, the quality of coffee, and the good service are all superb. My favorite part of Frank & Joe’s, however, is its involvement and impact on the local community. In a short amount of time, this coffee house has brought together our town. It’s refreshing to see a place where students, professionals, youth and retirees all cross paths together – a sight I haven’t seen since visiting pubs in Europe. Frank & Joe’s makes Wichita Falls the place to be!

This small town coffee shop is comfortable and quaint. Nice atmosphere for meetings or just working on your own. That said don’t expect amazing coffee. Not that it was bad, just wasn’t great. Very commercial not robust nor was there an option for something for the coffee lover.

NEVER GO TO STARBUCKS AGAIN! I found this gem of a place after I got fed up with Starbucks’ service when it took a nose dive two months ago. Shop local at a place where they have great customer service and it’s nice to hang out and do homework. Nice touch supporting local law enforcement by putting their photos on the wall. Smart idea.

My family were in town from Houston and I needed a coffee. We found a Starbucks, but the line was insanely long. We spotted Frank and Joes across the street and I’m so glad that we did. I got everything I wanted from Starbucks, but much tastier versions (iced dirty chai and protein pack). My husband found a horchata Frappuccino! My daughter is absolutely in love with the fun unicorn one. The customer service was phenomenal as well. From the lady with fun colored hair who took our order and had the perfect recommendations outside to the sweet lady who made sure we had every little thing we needed at the drive thru window. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I felt like I had to for this place.
