Not only does this coffee shop offer the freshest most delicious coffees, owner Jessica Prides herself in educating all of her employees about the roasting process as well as how to pull the best shot of espresso every time. This is a must stop even for those who are not coffee lovers being a little bit partial to them did you I am the creator of the original mermaid, they use quality healthy ingredients and hold every drinks the highest standards. Jessica is the perfect model of the ideal local business owner even going as far as if you do not like the drink or any food item that you get even if it is made correctly at the best equality she will replace it for something that you would enjoy for free, management honestly does appreciate feedback negative as well as positive they are constantly working towards achieving the best experience for each and every customer. They also carry a variety of delicious food for those who were on some of the trending diets as well as just really good pastries breakfast sandwiches and even cupcakes. Frank & Joe's does not stop at trying to create the best experience for just their human customers but as well as their canine friends they have puppy parfaits and doggie treats all homemade in bakeries by local vendors. I've never experienced a business that is so proud of the town that they reside in as well as so supportive of their fellow local business people. I definitely recommend this coffee house to everyone from the Busy business person needing to grab a quick quality coffee or even a conference room for an important meeting. College Students needing a place to study as well as the caffeine boost to get them through can enjoy the free WiFi and inexpensive personal study rooms. Then maybe you are not a business person or someone looking for a quiet personal study room maybe you are the busy stay-at-home mom or even just a mom who could use a relaxing break Frank & Joe's also sometimes puts on children's events where they do crafts and enjoy a drink such as the non-coffee Frappuccinos are even my favorite the mermaid did I mention it's vegan. Still feel like this is not appealing to you maybe you are looking for a exciting yet relaxing girls night out Frank & Joe's occasionally hosts painting sessions or local vendors events where you can come in either paint and enjoy local wine or draft beers. Enough about the coffee and the products and being locally source and how well-educated all the employees are the root of their greatness is not only Jessica their fearless leader but the workers themselves they all are very well educated on their jobs and do it very very well and strive daily to progress and do even better, this staff is so fun and really enjoy their job you can tell by how they hold conversations with the customers as well as the environment is always a peaceful happy environment. I could go on and on about this amazing local business but I recommend going in and experience it for yourself. But I warn you not only are the Beverages and the food addicting so is the atmosphere and the employees if you ever feel down take a trip to Frank & Joe's I'm pretty sure you leave a bit more relaxed and smiling not to mention a little more educated about coffee as well as Wichita Falls and all of its local small town businesses. Jessica Edward's is one of the best representations of a positive role model for all women, she's achieved so much through hard work and dedication and is so educated and experienced in the business world I recommend all females who are going for their dream whether it is in business or anything at all get the chance to really sit down and have a conversation with Jessica she is so inspiring and you can't help but become more determined to go for your dreams after a conversation with this young lady.

I am a tourist. Found out quickly that "Texas chili coffee" is infused with pepper juices, not the meat-and-bean entree that I first imagined. Service is friendly and product is tasty. Will be returning if I'm in the area again.

Food was good, took a good bit for the waiter to get to the drive-through window. Once they got to the window they were chewing food while talking sooo...not cool...but overall good place to go and I'll be back

The staff at Frank and Joe's go the extra mile. They are friendly and professional. I got what I always get, an Iced Caramel Macchiato while my daughter got their signature Unicorn 🦄frappe. We'll definitely return soon!

I order a cortado on the dry side, it was serve as a regular cortado, I understand she was training and explaining to the new trainee. this is the way that she does a dry cortado requires a lot more foam about an 1 1/2 of foam. Take this as a teaching moment.

The coffee here is amazing. The flavor is on point and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Comfy couches and fireplace included!

Seems a little slow in the drive thru. You order but the drink isn't made until you get to the window. Hmmm

I don't give a lot of five star reviews. I believe that 5 star should be reserved for above and beyond service and food. This place always delivers. Personally I feel the coffee here is much better than Starbucks, staff is always friendly. And often if I go through the drive thru they have snacks for the doggo. I go here every time I feel like a coffee treat, and take all my out of town guests here as well.

Watched a hipster burn his tongue because he drank his coffee before it was cool.

They're really trying too hard to be a trendy coffee joint. Ironic scarves when it's too hot for that stuff and skinny jeans abound. One patron had on their Marty McFly life preserver vest, I mean come on.

It's 90°F and an employee is wearing a knit cap. At least they're friendly. I really doubt those plastic frame glasses are prescription.

I guess if it's your thing and you can read this review through your black plastic framed glasses then this is the place for you.
