Frank & Joe's Coffee House

This is what Starbucks thinks it is. This Coffee House has amazing drinks, fantastic service, wonderful employees, and magnificent space for relaxing. I brought my daughter here to drink coffee, relax, and talk about life, and I've never gotten a more home-like and relaxing vibe from a public venue in my life. Highly recommended.

Great coffee in this town! Will be even better when they start offering oat milk for drinks. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and nice staff. Icing on their cupcakes is too sweet, but their blondies are solid. Let's be real though, the crafted coffee is where it's at.

I'm not a fancy coffee person but I came to try the southern dr pepper drink they have. Nice place, table we sat at wasn't very comfy but I didn't pick were we sat. I would have rather had a couch but my coworker needed access to an outlet. Drink was good, definitely got a stimulus from it

I've held two meetings here in their small conference room. First time went without a hitch, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Second time, however, was a bit different. I called and reserved the room a couple of weeks ahead of time, but when I showed up it didn't seem as though anybody knew anything about it, and the one person with the key to the room was on break. When she got back, about 10 minutes after our reservation was supposed to start, she was in no hurry to get us in and continually talked to me like I didn't really know what I was talking about. Completely acted as though she didn't care at all. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she definitely didn't have a "customer first" attitude. I guess we'll be looking for another venue to hold our meetings.

We were a bit in a hurry on the way to Dallas Airport. Had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee to go... Unacceptable. And there was no queue. Found out too late that the people sitting at the tables were also mostly waiting too. Not what you would expect in a place that offers coffee to go and even drive through.

If we had been told it would be this long, we would have left, that would have been ok.

The coffee was ok then.

The toilet in the men's restroom was very dirty, though the room itself was clean.

The coffee is great! I love this local spot. It's always full of happy faces. It's a great hang out spot, or a place to cool off. They have lots of cool little goodies to look at as you make your way to the register.

Their coffee and espresso drinks for top notch- also their rustic cherry tart. What impressed me the most is how all the staff greet people as they come in and wish them a good day as they go out. After I asked someone for a glass of water, when they quite busy, his response was, “ Let me know if there’s anything else we can do for you.”

Just moved to town, wanted some good coffee and not looking for a Starbucks. Found Frank & Joe's and man am I glad. The atmosphere is awesome. There's plenty of seating with a chill and friendly atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and engaging, the manager too! Our drinks were quick and tasty but best yet; Beer! A coffee place with legit drinks. I just became a regular.

The latte I ordered was pretty good, but it literally took 35 minutes to get it. This for a drink that may take a minute to make? And I was pretty much the only person in line. Would not go back; desperately in need of better management.

Their coffee just taste delicious. It's all drip so it feels like you're at home. Even the lemonade.
