Frank & Joe's Coffee House

I have been here twice and each time the male barista at the front has been very rude for no reason. He gave unnecessary attitude when I had problems accessing the Wi-Fi. There were problems with my order and a hair in the cream cheese. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Starbucks who??? Frank and Joe's is the best. They have all of everyone's favorite flavors of everything. I will not go anywhere else again. Please try this place. Service is awesome. I like the location but it does need more room for the drive through line. I will wait though. Its that good.

My go to coffee in Wichita Falls. Both locations are good with friendly staff. This location has slower service than the other but I'll go to whichever I'm closest to. I wish there were more sugar free options, I think there are 4. But my latte is always solid and sometimes I get one that is perfect. No matter what it's always better than the big chain that is on every corner in America.

Nice ambience, and the lady taking the order was pleasant.

Bad review because I am sick of cafe's like this that have crazy upcharge fees.
For example:

My partner's coconut mocha latte with coconut milk... extra $.75
And then they proceeded to put another $.65 charge for a pump of sugar free vanilla syrup (when we ordered it sugar free, not sweet..)
Turning a $4 drink in to a $7 drink.

Oh and on my drink, still charging me $.65 for a HALF pump of vanilla syrup.

And the drinks are mediocre after all that.

I understand this has become the new "normal" but it doesn't sit well. I think Starbucks is actually significantly cheaper than this place.

The slowness is crazy 30 min in drive thru for 1 drink and 1 car ahead had 2. was asked 3 times what my order was at window. Still tried to give me wrong drink and charged me the higher price of the first drink they tried to give me. Shouldn't have given a second chance. First experience was about the same slowness. That time was before covid

I would much rather support a local coffee house than Starbucks, but please if you offer food have at least something that people who need to be gluten free or are doing low carb can eat! I saw on the menu “protein pack” that looked like it had hard boiled eggs, nuts, etc. and inquired about exactly what was in it, and was told it was replaced by a “snack pack” that had a lot of things in it. Neither cashier was very knowledgeable about what was in it, but when one of them mentioned pretzels, I knew I couldn’t eat it. I could have probably done the overnight oats but since they seemed to have no clue what was in stuff I didn’t want to risk it. I would suggest having a little reference book at the counter with a list of what common food allergens things contain that the staff could refer to. The coffee was very good—better than Starbucks. But at Starbucks I know I can get egg bites or if they are out of those at least the marshmallow krispie bar, and if there was anything similar here, nobody seemed to be aware of it.

Cute, trendy, charming spot! It was a perfect pick me up for our road trip! Unique espresso that really stood up to our iced coffee drinks, which could easily be made vegan with all of their nut and oat milk options. Big win finding this place!

Trust me when I say this is a MUST TRY EVERYDAY. However I only been to this location and I can vouch for it. Clean, inviting and of course great coffee. Atmosphere is the best I have seen so far for a coffee shop along with great costumer service. Seating gets a 5 and nice choice of color scheme, which is important to a successful shop. The only thing Is the drive-thru can take a little long. They also have a lot of great gifts or little items to purchase(candles, cups etc...) so just go inside if you can. DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP.
