Frank & Joe's Coffee House

Normally a Starbucks customer. This place came highly recommended so I gave it a shot. Glad I did! Very unique tasting coffee, absolutely delicious! I'll be back for sure. Great staff, selections and service. Check this place out.

We love the atmosphere at Frank & Joes! I love their blueberry hibiscus tea. While I don't rave over their coffee, they have a million non coffee options to choose from! Their service is top notch, the owners are lovely, and I appreciate how much they pour back into the community.

Been waiting 9n this drive thru for 15 mins waiting on coffee. No one was inside, drive completely empty when I showed up. 15min in, 2 more car and 1 person inside. If you want a slow drip go here, try starbucks if you want espresso. And the staff are RUDE!

Public wifi is pretty snappy, must buy something for the password but worth it. Cool place to hang out and do school work, they have rooms for rent in the back for study groups, small rooms are $5/hr I think.
Drinks are awesome and not overly sweet like the mermaid coffee chain.

I got a Red Velvet Frappe on the Valentine's special menu. My mom got a Strawberry Lavender Lemonade. They were both so good! First time going to Frank & Joe's Coffee House, and we wiill definitely be going back at some point. 10/10 recommend.

Loved the horchata coffee. Super delicious. We went through the drive thru so didn't get to experience the atmosphere. Although, it did seem like they had a little shop on the inside.

Ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait. Get there a few minutes after my scheduled pick up time and I'm told order was canceled bc they no longer carry what I wanted. I didn't receive any notification that my order was canceled. So I had to order again and wait about 15 minutes to get a different coffee. Websites are vital to a lot of businesses and this location is a perfect example. It's obvious their website isn't updated when changes are made. One of the employees said they get quite a few complaints about it. Website maintenance is inexpensive and many local companies offer it.
Employees get 4.5 stars for being helpful. The person in charge of website gets "0".

so good!! I love their iced coffee way more than Starbucks, and I was a die hard starbies fan.
the ice coffee is consistently delicious!
their bagels, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches are all good!

the ONLY thing.... if you are going to have a kitchen with the door open so people can look in... you should really double down on sanitation standards. I noticed the last time, and one other time, I went the person making all the food was not wearing gloves.... I am not a germaphobic person by any means, but that was a little off putting.
won't stop me for going for my weekly coffee though.

I'm a fan of Frappes. I really am. I normally purchase them from places like McDonald's and Starbucks. Or, I use to to say the least. After heading on over there with a couple of friends and trying their Protein Frappe, I have to say that they have the best Frappes to date. While my group did sit outside to enjoy the setting sun in their semi-private porch, the layout on the inside was nicely planned for optimal efficiency in getting the order and then resting in the many couches and love seats in the dinning area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Despite a lot of the hype surrounding this quaint, little coffee house, I found it much the same as any other.
The barista was hospitable. The decor is currently a welcoming blend of industrial with enough touches of farmhouse to warm it up nicely. It's well appointed for the space. The coffee, however, was lackluster. If you enjoy Panera Bread's coffee.
Frank & Joe's Coffee tastes remarkably the same.
