Food is actually pretty good which grants them a 4 star review at least. Although, their service is inconsistent. Our female waitress barely stopped by to check on us, did the bare minimum with customer service. Their restrooms are dirty and not well maintained, one of our glass cups unfortunately wasn’t properly cleaned and just made our experience a bit less enjoyable.

Great food and great service from our server Paola. We loved her! Although, the hostess (blonde female with curly hair) was extremely rude to my family and other customers. She had bad attitude and treaded us very poorly.

From North to South. Best French Toast in Texas! Will come back!

Must be a favorite place on the island! We had a 20 minute wait just to get a table. Manager was super though and gave us a call when our table was ready so we could check out the souvenir shop close by while we waited. Food was fresh, hot, and yummy. They served lattes and mimosas so we were happy customers! Cafe is a little small so it can get noisy when full. They do offer some seating outside but the views are of streets and parking lots.

Best coffee!!!! Chicken and waffles was delicious!! I went the next day and got more coffee.

We ate here twice! Plenty of options for dietary needs. Atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Staff were friendly and efficient. I loved the gf blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes. The breve coffee was awesome! I highly recommend The Grapevine!

If I could give 7 stars I would!!! Not only was the food perfect, but our server “Big” and the rest of the staff made this an experience not just a meal!!! I will remember this food and experience forever!! Thx so much “Big” you made our first morning on vacation amazing!!!

I'm so glad my wife suggested we go here for breakfast. (Late breakfast) The serve breakfast late which coincides with our vacation schedule. The food was delicious! Eggs Benedict was perfect! The strawberry banana pancake was delicious!

It's hard not to notice the specialized machinery that is in the corner. I asked and they said they use it to roast their own coffee beans! That is awesome! No wonder the coffee drinks taste so good.

Update: The accuracy of order and attention to detail quickly fell when they were busy on another visit. But, when we arrived there were several other people that arrived right behind us. The hostess recognized that social distance was chip notice and asked us all to step outside so she could write down our parties info and still maintain COVID protocols.

First off, I thought the service was good. They we outright honest when they told about the wait time. We could also see how many parties were ahead of us.
We are vegetarians and the person who attend to us was very honest and knowledgeable to let us know than refried black beans has port fat in it. So if you are a vegetarian, then refried black bean salsa is not an option.
We ordered Chips and salsa, Portobello Mushroom burger and a smoothie. The food was not bad, but we could it could have been better. Hence the stars!

Amazing food and amazing coffee will come back to this place again! Amazing customer service.
