Loved the food although the place felt a little cramped and i kinda felt rushed by the waitress. As soon as there was a plate that might be empty they would pick up. The good was super delicious though i would come back for the food but maybe in less busy hours i don't like being rushed.

Chicken and waffles, Huevos Rancheros Vallartas, and the Huevos Rancheros Benedictos are a great choice. Our server, Jaime, was great! We’ve been there before and we’ll be going again. There can be a wait but it’s expected. (Visited on 7/29 @ 1pm)

Cállate and shut up this place is amazing. How amazing? Its so amazing that my son and I drive from Weslaco just to have breakfast here. The staff is super friendly and the place has a great feel. I do wish they had bigger bathrooms for the customers but it's not a big deal at all. The banana pecan pancakes are the best pancakes that we have ever had. My son even said they were better than grandma's pancakes 😱. All the food is delicious here and I don't think anyone will have a bad experience.

We had brunch here; it's a small local restaurant. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The shrimp and grits are good. Good size portion at a reasonable price.

I came here 3 days in a row on vaca this last weekend because this place is so darn good. My family and I agree this is the best coffee we've ever had. My oat milk latte was absolutely delicious. Also being gluten intolerant I am always nervous that I wont be able to find food for me on vacations but this place had gluten free substitutes for just about everything!!! And the gluten free pancakes were seriously amazing!!!! So fluffy and perfect. All the food was fresh and flavorful, perfect portions. And each day David was our waiter and he was the best waiter I've had in years. He elevated the whole experience and we were so impressed with him. Thank you Grapevine for an overall tremendous experience on my vacation. I will miss this place!

A cool little Cafe on SPI pretty neat and clean spot The service was a bit overwhelmed with the breakfast rush still in full swing but they were overall pretty friendly the food was pretty impressive for such a small spot and the coffee was pretty good these folk are definitely worth a try

Awful food.
The chilaquiles were disgusting and extremely spicy, couldn’t even get through the first bite. the bread was soggy as if dipped in a bowl of water, the hashbrown was bland and to top it all off, the waffles had burn spots that looked like black mold, which were turned to not appear, thus they noticed and served it anyways. Even the chairs were awful, it’s a very tight place with small seating. Possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The only good thing about the place was the waiter.

We always choose Grapevine Cafe for breakfast when visiting SPI.
It is such a great place! Family run and great food.
For this breakfast, we dined on Apple Cinnamon pancakes and Banana Bread French Toast. Both were delicious and very filling. I also had the strawberry banana smoothie.
They sell their own coffee, whole bean and ground, to take home.

My wife and I stopped here based on TripAdvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. She got the portobello mushroom burger and a peach lavender mimosa; she loved them both. I had a cuban and a strawberry shortcake lemonade shaken refresher. The cuban was fantastic, and the refresher tasted like drinking a strawberry shortcake. The only disappointment is I don't know when I'll get to come back.

This place never fails to impress me. It was a pancake kind of morning. We had the lemon blueberry, apple
Cinnamon, and chocolate French toast. All amazing with our coffee.
