Love this place! Delicious coffee and breakfast. Had the waffle and added the strawberries and banana, and the banana was baked into the waffle! Delish

Came here twice for breakfast while on our trip this weekend. Staff was great and attentive. Had jesse today and he was wonderful and gave us a great recommendation for breakfast. The prices are really great for the quality food and portions. The kids meal even looked great and very inexpensive.

Nice clean place. They roast and sell thier coffee . The coffee I ordered ,was barely warm. They finally made some some hot fresh coffee. The 3 street tacos I had with sweet potato fries, was good. Functional nice place for breakfast or lunch.

We came off the beach and grabbed breakfast Togo. We got the Huevos Rancheros Benedictos

I was recommended this place by a local and I'm so glad we visited. It's not always easy to find a good selection of gluten free options but this place definitely does! The lemon blueberry pancakes were nice rather than outstanding; some more blueberries inb the batter would've been good and I couldn't taste the goat cheese (or was it there for creaminess?) My Berry Berry smoothie was delicious and the smiley face on the children's pancakes was a nice touch. The staff were pleasant but I would say the service was just ok when we were there - an incorrect item was brought to the table, and we had to wait some time to get someone's attention on several occasions. I'd come back for another visit, anyway. 😊

Absolutely delicious food and very friendly and attentive staff. Was most certainly worth a small wait (15 minutes). James was an awesome server.

Highly recommend anyone who visits South Padre to eat here. We had a great experience.

There is a bit of a wait because it's a popular spot, but they take your phone number so you can go walk around or sit in your car if you want. The food was delicious and I will absolutely be going back. Staff was friendly and helpful, employees all wore masks. Happy to find such a nice spot on the island, we have been coming here for years and a lot of the other restaurant we've tried have been just okay. Grapevine was amazing! 😋

The food was great and there is a good variety and done great. The shrimp and grits had flavor and was cooked right. The hot tea comes in a cute tea pot. The chicken and waffles was also good. Chicken was breaded just right and the waffle had good flavor.

Food and service was very good! Will recommend and continue to come again!

Food was barely adequate. My latte was delicious. Food was also cold. Prices are way out of line for the flavor. Service was awful, had to complain to the manager to get a waiter after waiting several minutes. Never could get into the bathroom, only 1 available. So disappointing
