If I can give this place 10 stars, I'll gladly do it! It exceeded all my expectations, let me tell you about my experience, as soon as I arrive I was greeted, my server arrive to where I was seated, and let me tell you this, she gave me an amazing service (her name is Rosalia), now about the drink, I order the Hill Country and it was perfect! Not too sweet nor too sour, just perfect(Maleidy was the one that prepared my drink)and the burger.... THE BURGERRRR!! it was the most delicious burger I ever had, and let me tell you, I have tried a Lottt! In other restaurants, if you love burgers as much as i do, you need to try this one! You won't regret a bit! (Luis is the name of the person that prepared the burger)

OMG! For once the reviews were accurate. Not only was the staff very friendly and efficient, the food was FANTASTIC! My daughter ordered the French toast with strawberries, bacon, and eggs while my husband and I ordered the Grapevine breakfast sandwich with eggs (any way you like) with spinach, tomato, ham, basil pesto on a huge croissant, with a side of hash browns. I was worried about the pesto but it made it amazingly delicious! Seriously, this was the best place of any restaurant I've been to anywhere in recent history! Oh, and they were great at social distancing with an iPad outside at the front entrance to add your name to the waitlist (they'll text you when a table is ready so you can wait in your air-conditioned car) and there is a stand with a QR code you can scan to review the menu while waiting. Again, you MUST go for breakfast, but I'm sure EVERYTHING else is just as scrumptious!

Fantastic breakfast spot. Extremely fair pricing, cozy atmosphere, service from Bea was good. Loved my caramel latte, the chorizo barbacoa benedict was delicious and the chilaquiles sauce was perfect. Pretty sure their flour tortillas were homemade? Beans weren’t runny like most places. Overall, a real kitchen cooking real good food. This would definitely be a regular spot for me if I lived here

This was a very pleasant surprise in South Padre. I had the Loaded Hashbrowns and Eggs. It was all so good with the sauce. My only feedback would be to offer the choice for gravy on it too. I think that would elevate the dish quite a bit. The sauce was also really good too. The Mango Fresco refresher was so delicious. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The French press was also very good and savory. By far, my favorite part of the meal was the short stack of pancakes. They are the best pancakes I've had in years. Reminded me of my childhood a lot. I loved the experience and would totally visit again. Also, put yourself on the wait-list on Yelp ahead of time if you can to eliminate some wait time. I would love to stop by again!

Wonderful brunch cafe! Staff was helpful and polite. Huevos Rancheros Benedictos and loaded hashbrowns were awesome!

Banana lemon pancakes 🥞 Great food and friendly casual ambience. I ate ALL my meals here while on the island. And the wait staff was exceptional. Made my trip complete!

Disappointed. The coffee was weak. The loaded hash browns flavorless. My wife ordered the raspberry frappe and they brought something completely different. I sent it back and the server said the barista told him they were out of fresh fruit so basically she could add other "garnish" on top....so basically he/she made whatever she wanted and figured I'd take it! The photo looks better than the actual food. The tortillas were the best part of my wife's breakfast.

I have been coming here for over a decade and it never disappoints.

The coffee is always fresh and the food is made to order and absolutely delicious. I don’t have a favorite meal because I don’t think you can go wrong with anything that you order here.
