Blockhouse Coffee & Kitchen

We were visiting from the Houston area and happy to find a great spot for coffee (really good!) with a playground for little ones. I would definitely come back.

I have been a long time Coffee fanatic but Richmond, TX didn’t have anything to offer other than Starbucks’s. Once I heard the Blockhouse was coming I began communicating with the owners months before they opened. Once the “Open Sign” said “Open” I’ve been going five or six times a week ever since. Excellent staff and wonderful atmosphere. Richmond is a better place to live because of Blockhouse and for that I’m thankful.

We have been coming to Blockhouse for years! Their coffee is amazing, food is so yummy and the atmosphere is so fun! My husband and I love getting out of the house to work from here, our teenager meets up with friends to study and our toddler loves the backyard. There’s something for all ages!

Just an absolute beautiful little coffee shop with a wonderful atmosphere, two great out door seating areas and amazingly kid friendly. Both baristas were super nice and helpful and even though I didn't have any food, it smelled and looked awesome.

And that's to speak nothing of the coffee. My ice mocha wasn't too sweet, really let the espresso shine in it. If you're ever in the area, or already live close by, make this a go to stop. I'm glad I didn't get a starbucks instead.

This place is awesome! The atmosphere is great and very kid-friendly. They even have a whole corner inside dedicated to kids with a chalkboard wall and a playground outside. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. Definitely coming here with a friend to enjoy the ambiance.

Ok so i just ate the best and most delicious croissant bacon egg and cheese!!! They like made a stuffed omelette and putt it between buttery croissants!! Next time im in the area i will be back and my compliments to the chef!! I highly recommend!!

Our go to coffee shop for Richmond-Rosenberg. We like to support local business and love everything BlockHouse does to support the community and build relationships. The coffee is fantastic and the pastries are great too. Our kids love the backyard.

I have been part of the Block tribe for a while now. It's a family friendly location with kind owners. I enjoy visiting the coffee shop to paint, think, and meditate in the sun. Some of the best moments of my life have happened at the Block.

Specifically, meeting kind young children who either took an interest to my painting or old high school mates who I didn't expect to see.

Blockhouse is a wonderful company and I wonder where they'll evolve to in a few decades. Keep going Team Blockhouse.

Really a cute little spot. My daughter and granddaughter stopped in on Mother's Day to grab a sandwich and a cup of coffee. $$ are a bit high. But nice atmosphere.

I LOVE this place…this has become a new post church ritual and pretty much anytime I’m in the area! Cozy environment, great breakfast sandwiches and delicious coffee! The service is always so warm and friendly too!! Definitely recommend
