There are not enough people working here, which makes it impossible to get help. I couldn't reach items that I wanted on the top shelf and ended up finding a step ladder in a different isle and getting the item myself. The store itself has lots of great decor items but don't expect much help.

Everything I picked by the sale signs I was told not included in sale. Also, I chose some nested planters and was told they all have a separate price. Quite sure that was my last trip to that overpriced joke of a business. Definitely not garden ridge anymore and I definitely didn't feel "At Home".

Great collection. You will get lost in the variety they carry. Its just not the best bargain store (unless you are looking at some specials). Good for ideas but found similar products at a much cheaper rate online.

Although the store has a sign out front asking shoppers to wear masks, and asks that their employees wear masks, they do not care if shoppers wear masks or not. When I notified the manager that a shopper was in the store without a mask, he said, "Okay...." to which I said there was an executive order in effect. He told me that it had expired, but this is a lie because it is a statewide ordinance for mask wearing in counties where there are 20 or more cases (Collin County is not exempted.) He then defensively told me he would not throw out shoppers for not wearing a mask, which I did not ask him to do.

This experience would not have been an issue if he had simply said he doesn't enforce the policy, which is weird when store employees have to wear masks. What I found bothersome was that he tried to lie about a statewide executive order to justify his inaction to help curb the current pandemic.

The selections are endless, and they have large quantities of all their supplies, however their service was well under par. Their staff was hard to find, and when we asked for help they didn’t look willing to help and they barely spoke with us. None of the three employees we interacted with seemed to want to help nor did they look they were happy to even be there. Next time I buy from At Home, I will go to another location. We got the products we needed however, we didn’t enjoy our experience and customer service was horrible.

Came to the store for the sales they advertised on pillows. When it was time to check out, my pillows came out to $0.01, my cashier calls the manager, the manager takes the pillows out of my hands and tells me that those pillows are not for sale. This was done in front of everyone (that to me is not good customer service) as a manager #1 she shouldn’t have taken the snatched the pillows away from me, she should have just explained that she was not allowed to sell them. Which by the way, what made me mad is the fact that I have a family member that works at AT HOME and I know for fact these are items that employees can have/buy. This was a mistake on their part for leaving inventory out for customers to get, so the best thing she could have done is let me get the pillow for $9.99.

Love this place! Looking for ANYTHING for the house or apartment, start here first! Also the seasonal section has the best selections I've seen anywhere, they already got Christmas stuff up and going. It's a must see at the least.

I absolutely love this store and company. They always have the most unique and interesting items. However, this particular store’s restroom maintenance is disgusting. I walked in and three of the four stalls were backed up and almost overflowing. After using the last stall that was clean and attempting to flush, it backed up as well. I tried three or four times and it would go down then come back up. I tried! Washing my hands, the faucet cover completely came off in my hand, the soap dispenser was broken, and the water would not shut off.

I would expect a much cleaner and more presentable restroom, and while this won’t keep me away from shopping there, I just hope more emphasis is put on cleanliness.
