Great selection of pieces. I came in on a Monday night and found everything I needed. Lady at the front counter was very nice and wrapped everything nicely for me. The only thing I would say is there was almost a whole isle missing of decorative pillows in the color I was looking for. Other than that it was good.

I love At Home. They have so many things so your house doesn’t look like anyone else’s. The people are pleasant. The bathrooms are clean. I enjoy their Christmas but the outdoor decor is great, too. This one is tidy and well organized.

This is the most organized location in the DFW area.

I would compare this store to Hobby Lobby. Both of these stores sell pretty much the same exact thing. This store also sells a lot of stuff for the house in terms of furniture, pillows, and other cool things to put on the walls. It's really something you've just got to check out for yourself and see if you like the type of things that they sell here. If you like the type of stuff they sell at Hobby Lobby then you'll pretty much love the stuff that they have here at this store. Just go check it out and see what you think!

Always well stocked with sooo many nice things. Only thing is they should stack items more careful. An older Lady was picking an item up and everything else around got knocked down. Not because she moved them incorrectly but because they were not stacked correctly. But the store items are awesome.

I love this store on the first 2 times coming here right before national pandemic and right after the store were able to open again. Employees (mid 30-40 ish) were so nice greeting everyone and very helpful to people when they checked out.
But it was a bad experience which I will not come back to this store. I went to buy a few planters during on Memorial Day sales. I got in line to check out with 2 medium pots. When it's my turn to check out, the cashier (in her early 20s) told me to go get another pots with the barcode stickers (I didn't realize the pots I picked didn't have the stickers on, as every pots that I looked at had a price tag). So I went back to pick 2 more pots and with stickers and hold all 4 pots in my hands. I went back to the check out station where I was told to go get other pots with the price tag, she was finishing with a customer and she asked "Next" when she saw me standing there and was about to talk to her. I said "I have the 2 pots with price tags here, can you check these out for me as you told me to go get the ones with price tags?". The cashier replied "ok, I'll check them out for you after the next customer". What?! I was already waited in line before and now I had to wait again while she could cash these out for me now instead making me waited after another customer?! So I was waited as she told me to (this never happened to me at any store I have ever shopped at). After about 3-4 minutes, I saw the cashier next to that cashier just finished with her customer and was waiving at the line to help the next customer. I thought she might be able to help me and save me a few more minutes as my hands got tired from holding onto all 4 pots for a while. So I approached that cashier and asked "can you cash these out for me as you see your colleague is busy with her customer?". She was hesitant to answer and the cashier who told me to wait spoke up "I'll help you after this customer". I was like "ok". And went back to wait on the other side for next customer to check out. A couple minutes later, I had it. I didn;t want to wait any longer, my fingers were getting too tired and would give in and I might drop these 4 pots anytime. In my head I thought to myself, why would I have to wait in line already, and came back with the pots with price stickers so the cashier could cash the 2 pots I like out, but I had to wait again after another customer, and her colleague could not cash me out either?!?! What kind of training these younger employees have at this store I wonder. I totally got tired from waiting. A Friday afternoon after work, shopping for some cute planters, and they had ruined it for me. I left these 4 pots there and walked out. Other stores would ask someone there to find the items with price tags for their customers. And they would check out for customers right away when they came back with items which had price tags and that they already waited in line right before that but couldn't check out. Terrible customer service!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone, regardless of a big collection they have. I could go to TJMaxx, Marshalls, Home Depot, Walmart, Ikea, etc. and have much better shopping experience like I always do.

Spacious. Good variety. Staff is humble and helping. Ample parking. Prices are okay, some items however do seem a bit pricey. Collection in the shop has a depth giving a number of choices. All in all a good place to shop for the home. Patio section is worth visiting.

Absolutely love At Home. Not only do they have a decent assortment of just about everything, but their prices are more than reasonable on most items. Their stores are almost always picked up and organized. Checking out, well, I never usually have to wait over 5 minutes. I send everybody I know to their stores =)

Love the products, the selection, and the prices. But, the staff here are awful. They do everything in their will power to avoid customers. No eye contact, no greeting, no one asked if a customer needs help, nothing. I've even attempted to pry an exchange out of one by looking directly at her, smiling, and saying "hello". She looked down at the floor and just passed by me. Another employee who was checking me out, continued her conversation with another employee (who was just standing by, not actually doing anything) while working with me. I had to figure out my total by looking at the screen because her conversation was more important that telling it to me.

Great place for your home decor needs, but do not expect anyone to help you or extend any pleasantries.

I called ahead to look for an item and Rachel was absolutely great!! Amazing service and incredibly helpful!! They were so kind and made me want to come back again!! Rachel really went above and beyond in helping me out and I really appreciated it!!
