They have lots and lots of stuff to decorate with. The styles are very generic so it would be better for staging a home than choosing pieces specific for your home decor. The prices were mid to high range. For the warehouse type setup, I was expecting lower pricing. Pricing was similar to Wayfair. I think Costco has more interesting finds.

I waited for my pickup order for 35 minutes and they misplaced my items. Employees at this store were not wearing mask and eating food while arranging the store items. This shouldn’t be allowed and is very risky considering it’s covid time.
Rachel was nice and helpful.
However the other manager was rude too even though it was their fault.

Let me star off by saying that Victor is truly amazing but his manager is the reason for this 1 star review. I went in needing to exchange a $200 gift card for a $100 gift card and 2 $50 gift cards because they are for a contest at work with 3 winners. Victor initially asked the manager who came over and said there was nothing they could do about it and asked if I needed anything else in a very rude manner then walked away. Victor then told me to hold on and that there is probably a way to split it up. He pondered on it for a few seconds and then went at it. He had the gift card amount split up in no time! To the manager who clearly gives no damn about her customers, Do Better!

I came here with my friend and everyone was being very polite until we got checked out by a lady named Tammy and I don’t know if she was in a bad mood or having a bad day but she was being very rude to my friend! She gave her attitude because she wanted to pay with half card and half at home credit card! There always nice here but I guess Tammy was in a bad mood today…..

Worst store ever. Store Manager Vanessa sent me the WRONG item and she shipped me broken glass in a plastic bag (no box or nothing). I ordered tiled globes she sent me globes that look like the one you put on a Christmas tree. Different design. She said she would not refund me for the wrong & broken glass shipping even though it is her fault. Buyer beware!!

Terrible customer service.
Didn't get discount BOGO 50% off planter pots even though sign was posted. Had to return a few days later to fix discount mistake made by store/employee.
Few customers, but waited in line for about 20 minutes. Customer in front was calling a friend to ask her if she still worked at At Home and could use her discount.....?????
Employee seemed to be okay even though several different names and phone numbers were attempted for discount.

I am a regular customer at this particular location but I feel as though that will be short-lived unfortunately, I say that because on one of my many trips to at home this particular trip was quite disturbing, while walking through the store I passed down an aisle and overheard a conversation the supervisor Debbie was having with another employee and to say the level of embarrassment I felt for the employee would be an understatement. Not only did the supervisor raise her voice at the employee but she also belittled the employee in front of customers and other employees. I couldn’t imagine the humiliation the employee felt at that moment. I find this behavior very rude and disrespectful. Nobody should be treated this way especially not an employee coming to work during an ongoing pandemic if this is the way employees are treated here it is unfortunate for me to say I will no longer be doing business here! For all of the employees sake at this location I hope this issue is shown attention and is resolved! Thank u and God Bless!

I have had a few bad experiences at this store. The sales they have are confusing and misleading. I was purchasing some garden items and certain things were on sale and other items were not, even though they were in the same aisle with the sale signage. A lot of damaged merchandise or had parts missing. The store looks junky and not well thought out. The solar lighting was in 4 different locations. The merchandise was not organized just thrown on the shelves. Very random. I know it is towards the end of summer but the same product should be together. Tons of open packages and product out of the boxes made it look like a overpriced garage sale. Their prices are pretty high. I prefer home goods and big lots over this store. Both of those stores are much more organized, have higher quality products at a much better price. They need a team to go through that store to clean it up and re merchandise the place. Empty shelves at the front of the store look bad and they have been like that for weeks.
