At Home

Actually very impressed with this store. Have been to quite a few across the continental U.S., and this one has the largest selection yet in my opinion. There is a ton of decor, furniture, linens, appliances, etc., and we spent hours looking around. I also like that they have a large selection of clearance and sales, which can offset some of the cost for those larger ticket items.

It's still Garden Ridge. A lot of stuff you buy to throw away. However, today I actually got some customer service. The associate confirmed that what I wanted was out of stock, but helped me figure out how to order it online.
And Xmas music was evident.

Alot of parking, not much staff, and those they do have seem disinterested in helping customers. There are other stores which are more customer friendly

Arrived at the store for a quick stop on my way home from work yesterday. I’ve been shopping for lounge chairs for my back yard. A coworker recommended I try At Home. It was just as the first wave of storms were passing through. I was wind blown and a little rain drenched. I entered and was immediately greeted by an associate who surprised me with her kind, complimentary words and unexpected positive energy. The store was well maintained with plenty of stock, many choices, and good prices. I found what I was looking for, and went to check out. Melanie assisted at the register…she was efficient, and considerate of my time in the face of a slight inconvenience. In this age of short staffing and lacking customer service, my experience was so exceptional, I had to share.

Love it here. Loved it when it used to be Garden Ridge. Lots of memories in this store, when my mom worked for the company in the early 2000s. They have little treasures you can find cheap among the gobs of things inside. Today i got some black friday deals that were great in price ! I highly recommend !

Cool place to get your Christmas stuff.

Awesome selection of Christmas items. Their black friday sale was a pretty good one and I picked up some bed sheets for about 60% off which was a really good deal. The quality of stuff at at-home is extremely decent too. I will definitely return to pickup some more items in the future.

Love variety and price. Come out with more than I came in to get.

Terrible experience with this store AND online customer service support. Manager was rude and NO help and store was dirty. Contacted customer service online cause my MIL’s e-card didn’t work and it has been two weeks and still NOTHING has been done about a $50 e-card that we bought her that didn’t work at the store.
