Just went in on Sunday to purchase some decoration pictures and there was a girl named Cailyn Elmore who had no such thing as customer service. We were treated with disrespect and we were was asking for a different picture since it had a scratch. Her reply was either buy it or don't and go somewhere else. We wish the store taught employees how to talk to customers with respect and knowing how to serve others.

Very disappointed in the service this store provided. I came into buy my third bar stool of $129 and there was blue paint on the back of it which wasn't noticed until checkout. After trying to take it off with a spray of leather cleaner that the cashier okay'd me to use, it did not come off where a PATTI DAVIS, shift manger of some kind urged me that if I was not buying the stool that I am to buy the leather cleaner. Rather than being an experienced manager and offering to order another stool online to secure the $129 sale, she cornered me to purchase the $4 leather cleaner in a very rude way.

I have given this store way to many chances. The workers dont want to do their job, tye quality of the products is minimal and prices are like everywhere else.

The store really has a lot of different items to decorate a home, inside and out. Unfortunately for me, everything I was looking for wasn't in stock. haha I think the prices on some of the items are a bit high but lots of other items can be found at a decent price.

This is a dangerous store. They have such a variety of things to pick from! My husb and I will go in for 1 or 2 things and come out with 10. Lol But I will say some of their prices are way to high on some items. So we are careful what we buy.

Never been treated so poorly by the staff. Nobody could help me find the item that they had posted online as a sale item. The girl who I had to hunt down told me that they were not on sale and I showed her the add. Then she got on the radio to another worker to report that they were sold out...well stop advertising it for sale!

We absolutely loooove their Halloween and Christmas selections during that time of year, they have a lot of great patio furniture during the spring and summer. Always a great selection of home decor!

It's a pretty good place to buy outdoor furniture and decorations. Also they have a good selections on dinning chairs. Other than that it seems like a place to get deals. However, the thing is that the items are a little over priced. A lot of items are damaged. There are some deals but not on furniture. I find something like Tuesday Morning has better deals

Daniel Emory, I just wasted an hour in your store with no help looking to purchase a mattress that is shown to be in stock only to find out it’s the disgusting floor model. What the hell? Maybe take those out of inventory so people don’t drive 50 miles each way to purchase it when they could have just dealt with tolls and purchased one that was guaranteed in stock. Also maybe employ more than 4 people on a Sunday.

Everything you need and more to decorate your home. Huge selection of items.
The loud noise (door alarm) in the back of the store(echoed throughout the store) kept going off was pretty annoying. The staff just choose to ignore it.
