Dutch Bros Coffee

I love Dutch Bros drinks. They are amazing, so if this review was based off drinks alone I’d give 5, but it’s not. Waiting 40 minutes for one drink, and seeing the cars in front only have one drink per car as well really decreases the experience all around. Dutch Bros, please invest in some efficient training. 40 minutes for one drink is not okay.

Coffee taste ok, not the best but it was ok. Price was a little much for the quality, but not to far off, its doable. The staff was amazing, friendly and quick. I enjoyed my experience! Definitely better than Starbucks, but I prefer my Duncan. Its a sweet thing to me, probably just have to figure out how Dutch words it. Extra sweet didnt do it, im sure there is a way to get the coffee where I want it

I went to Dutch Bro for my first time yesterday morning. I tried the funky monkey and it was amazing!!! I had Micah & Brance help me they were both so generous & very outgoing! I will definitely be back! 🤗🍌☕️

Frosts are milkshakes and there's dozens of flavors to check out. They have teas, energy drinks, coffee, milkshakes, really nice employees too

Drinks are good. Very fast service, employees are so kind. We were helped by Micah who is the best person ever! We will definitely be coming back here.

Very immature staff. Apparently one of their staff members was in front of us in line and 3 girls working inside came out to talk to him in line, knowing there was a LONG line. They gave him a “fake drink” were throwing ice at him from the window with their BARE HANDS and threw a handful of straws out the window into his car. What a waste in this day with so many shortages. Terrible experience. If we hadn’t already paid we would have just left.

I got Banana Crème Pie Hot Cocoa. My wife got Dream Weaver Hot cocoa. Great outdoor seating atmosphere. Good music blaring. Had to wait a little longer than we wanted, but it was worth it.

Wife took me for the first time. The cream freeze is pretty dang good. The wife loves the ice coffee, which I find a little weird, I'm a hot coffee guy. I have not tried the hot coffee yet but plan to stop on a cold morning for a test run. For the new kid on the block, here where I'm at, its definitely a step up from the other big chain. Keep up the good work.

Great variety in not only coffee but energy drinks, smoothies, shakes, etc. Go to their website to see the full menu, so many options! Only gripe is that the line can get pretty long at this location, once I waited for +30 minutes!

TL;DR: Nice new variety of coffee to the DFW area. If you prefer cold brew, go for the Nitro.

Stopped by during their first week of opening. Encountered three staff members and they were all super nice, friendly, and fun to talk with. One coffee I ordered was the white chocolate mocha cold brew and it was very delicious for a flavored coffee and not overly sweet.

However, I was disappointed in their regular cold brew with cream, which is why I wanted to put 4 stars. Admittedly, I prefer my cold brew to be strong flavored that slaps your face each time you sip. With that in mind, this cold brew seemed "light" or "watered down." However, I will definitely give them another go at some point to see if their cold brew is or is not to my personal preference.

Edit: per recommendation, I tried the nitro cold brew. I can confirm that it has that smack your face flavor. I approve!
