Quick and friendly! It's always nice when they pop out to take your order before you get to the window.

They automatically tip on the night without asking of you approve if you use the app. I've had to turn that option off.

Ok so the coffee is amazing, I would have definitely put 5 stars but this is the second time I go and I was 1st in line and the lady decided to take the other car instead saying she has to to follow the Zigzag line. That caused me to be late to work. I probably won’t go in the morning again since that’s when they’re busy busy.

Love the coffee! It is a lot less bitter than other places, and they have a ton of sugar free flavor options for my diabetic husband to choose from. The staff are friendly and fun,. They even remember us when we come though & pop out to wave & say hi. Can't say enough good things

Very busy for mid morning, and they all handled it nicely. The broista who took my order was a sweetheart. Hopefully he got to cool off from that summer heat! Enjoy your watch tan line :) (I got the shark attack rebel. Always delicious. I should start asking for extra coconut syrup mmm)

They do have decent coffee but high prices and I really don't appreciate the hundreds of personal questions- I don't need to have an awkward conversation with someone to buy coffee. That's not what customer service is. Also very much don't appreciate being asked for tips. Pay your employees a livable wage instead of expecting your customers to do it for you. It's a drive thru. I'm not tipping someone to do the bare minimum of their job.

The staff here are always very friendly! I really enjoy getting my coffee here! My drinks are made consistently well and I have a few favorites. I like the 911, the kicker, and the cocomo. I get all of these iced, but I've had a hot kicker before and it was still really good. Try going up to the walkup window if you want to wait less time during their busy hours.

First of all I normally love this place. However, today's experience was less than stellar. No one was taking orders outside so the wait was ridiculous as each order got taken at the window. At first I thought maybe they are short handed but as I approached the window there were at least 5 workers inside. Some of which were just talking and not working. When you first opened I loved how quickly the line went even when you were busy. It's truly gone downhill since opening day. Do better for your customers.

The drinks are great. But you do have to plan a time when to visit. Do expect to wait roughly 30 minutes in line just to get to the window and another 5 to get your drink. No speaker at the menu, so either you wait to order at the window or until someone finally shows up to take your order. Down side of it when you download the app you are not able to order ahead.
