Dutch Bros Coffee

Starbucks simply has become difficult to deal with...
Thank goodness for Dutch Bros - over the top service - they even gave me my drink for free the other day - loving these people...

This coffee is really good. The way the brew the beans is amazing because it's not a nasty bitter cigarette taste like a kit of other coffee places.
And yes the line is typically long but that just proves the coffee is good and worth it right?
The workers are always great and I love coming here.

I just went to the N. Richland Hills location on Rufe Snow. This is their opening week. I've never had Dutch Bros before so this is my first experience. I ordered a White Chocolate Dutch Cocoa (hot chocolate). It tasted great! There were at least four employees waiting in the drive-thru area to take orders. My person was very friendly & quick taking the order. I will definitely be back.

Side note: They do ask if you would like to tip. In my case I told her $1.00. I watched her accidentally hit the $2.00 option. I do not believe this was intentional & I did not bring this to her attention. Just mentioning it for training purposes.

Went there for the first time yesterday got a white mocha lavender really liked it but sincerely loved seeing the employees dancing and having fun while getting work done a great atmosphere for the employees makes a super happy customer ❤️

The coffee is alright but overpriced. I asked for no ice and then they tried to charge double without explaining why first. They offered easy ice so the extra 3.99 charge was taken off then proceeded to give me a cup full of ice. Also the dude that took our order only had a Spanish menu he couldn't even read himself.

I only rated this location a 4 because it always takes forever to get through here. The one near my house goes quick, but this one always takes so long.

Same great tea as the other locations. Not as out going and talkative which was different. First one where it was just take order and go, but did offer up conversation when probed about chicken place across street.

i’ve been here multiple times around 10:25 am usually 9:55 am and i go to walk up. today i spent 7 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. i got multiple stares but no one said “give me a moment please” or anything instead i was ignored so i left and as i was getting into my car the older lady who was ignoring me took another two girls order! unbelievable to be honest not what i expect at dutch bros.

After 20 years of Starbucks loyalty....I GIVE UP!!!....GRANDE(medium)=2 Shots of Expresso Venti(large)= 2 Shots of Expresso as well...WHY IS IT MORE EXPENSIVE?!?!?!?.....At Dutch Bros they NEVER skimp on the Expresso.....try a 911...6 SHOTS!!!....LETS GO DUTCH!!!

I’m obsessed with the iced White Chocolate Lavender latte with its oatmilk and no soft-top 🤩😍 they are always very friendly and usually pretty fast.
