Dutch Bros Coffee

People working were really friendly only reason for the 3 stars ☺️ 1 star for their products tho!! The hot chocolate I ordered was undrinkable. Expensive for something so gross, dunno how you can mess up hot chocolate that bad. No chocolate taste. Was like drinking warm gritty/chalky milk with a odd aftertaste. I could only take 1 sip then threw it away when I got home. 🤮 Was hoping to find a decent place for hot chocolate, black rifle coffee and coffee 151 makes horrible hot chocolate as well😩 guess my quest to find decent hot chocolate will continue.

3 stars is for the way payment is handled in drive through. 5 stars for the taste of my coffee. I put my card in to pay, which was fine. Then the employee had the tablet with the tip screen where I couldn't tap the choice. He asked if I would like to leave a tip and signed the signature for my credit card purchase. An employee shouldn't be signing for customers credit card purchases. The same was done for the car in front of me too, just by a different employee.

When they first opened the coffee was amazing but the quality has quickly gone downhill. The coffee isn’t hot and it has gotten way too sweet. Honestly, when I went this morning it just tasted like sweetened milk. Lukewarm coffee is definitely disgusting. I hope that y’all can improve.

This is, without a doubt, some of the best coffee around. Dutch Bros Coffee is at least 10x better than Starbucks ever thought about being. They have a great and extensive menu and their customer service is excellent - also something that is 10x better than Starbucks, their reward program, again, is also better than Starbucks.

If you want luke warm coffee and to be treated poorly. . .like they are doing YOU a favor, go to Starbucks. If you want the best coffee and great customer service, go to Dutch Bros. . .you will not be disappointed.

Good coffee but HOLY HELL IS IT ALWAYS BUSY! You WILL be waiting 15-20 minutes for a single coffee. There is also a tiny menu in the drive through. You have to ask the person at your car window what they even have. It's terribly designed. There's an app but you can't even use it for ordering. C'mon guys!

Staff doesn’t care about customers anymore would rather stare at phones or talk to coworkers. Never has stickers. Always takes 20+ minutes to go through line. Ever since the manager moved back home this location is TERRIBLE. I had to change my 5 star to 1 cause it’s just that bad

Up until tonight I've always had a great experience at this Rufe Snow location. Went and got my usual an Irie tea, the person gave it to me blended and when I tried to tell her the order was wrong she got an attitude and confrontational about it. I just wanted her to correct my drink but she didn't she had to get an attitude so I left. Definitely will not be returning to this location due to this person's attitude and refusal to correct their mistake. You're in customer service and you got the order wrong, fix it or refund the money.

I love Dutch Bros. Take my money! Our coffee is perfect everytime. We've never had to wait more than 10 mins. The workers are extremely friendly 😃

I love this coffee!!❤️ And the peach 🍑 smoothie is delicious! The people are very friendly,always with a smile and good vibes. Love it.❤️ And my favorite coffee is the blended Hazelnut caramel truffle is sooooo good!!!!👍 😋
