Dutch Bros Coffee

First time here, coffee is good, the lady was nice but she didn’t go over my order. I ended up with an extra item and I didn’t get a receipt.

I had no idea what I was missing for coffee until I went here. It's made quickly, the portions are more than plentiful, and the tastes are delicious for a more than modest price. The caffeine hits hard when you need it and the staff are some of the coolest kids on the block. It does exactly what it needs to do: good coffee.

I love Dutch Bros Coffee staff is nice and I like the vibe. BUT!! every now and then I get the one person that asks 1000 questions about my order. If I ask for a Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Cold Brew that's exactly what I want. The name says it COLD why ask if I want it hot or cold and I don't care what my options are for each ingredient just make it like it's done. I hate feeling like I'm at Starbucks and have to speak another language. This happened today 10/29/22 frustrating.

I have been coming to this location since the first day it opened. I met Lisette the first day and ever since then we have been friends. She and several other workers know my name and my drink. I always get the same drink. I will always come here for there service and friendliness. They are amazing. Even though Lisette is leaving to go to another Dutch Bros. I will still be coming here. Y’all are the best.

Came here for my first time this morning to try it out and OMG!!! To start, I absolutely love the variety of drinks they offer. The customer service was great too. I don’t know who helped me this morning but she seemed very happy and had a great smile on her face the whole time she helped me. Enough to have a positive impact on my morning! I also got my drink for free because it was my first time. Try the cookie dough cold brew, it’s the best!!!

This has nothing to do with the coffee, but I hate how they ask if you’d like to leave a tip. You feel obligated and then it’s awkward if you say no.

Super friendly staff and amazing drinks. If you have a sweet tooth but need a little kick of caffeine, this is your place. I'm a big fan of their cold brew and soft top, but I love the rebel drinks too!

Best Location within 8 Mile radius!!!!

If I am within 10 miles I’ll drive to this location now because they never miss with CONSISTENT FLAVOR & SMILES!

I haven't had an unpleasant service experience, I'm giving th stars based off honoring and respecting other customers time. I had pulled up (there are two lines) but only four people in line so I got into the lane everyone else was. I waited about 5-7 minutes before the employees started to come out to take the orders. When the lady walked up to the car in front of me I let her know the car on the side of me came like 5 minutes after I did and I've been waiting longer. Because he seemed like he was trying to get in front of me and not respecting the order of the line. She told me sorry we got to go back and forth with the line that's how we do it. Totally understand if there was actually two long lines of cars but there wasn't. In this situation if I was the employee I would have just taken the person's order that was there first. It's just good customer service. Obviously again if it was a long line on both ends I would have totally understood that they can't really pay attention to that but it wasn't the case.

Good location, other customers don’t know how to lane filter properly if orders aren’t being taken outside.
