The taste of the coffee is not consistent. I love that they offer fast service compared to other places. Nice place to hang out with friends

The atmosphere was great they were playing we good Christian jams. The mango smoothie is good but sadly the food made me sick to my stomach. The people were super kind though.

I’m not sure if they don’t understood. But I asked for two espressos and they were really bad. Cappuccino was bland and the American was regular.

Been waiting for a better alternative than starbucks. Been waiting for a locally-owned alternative, and an alternative that cares about customers... and this is it.

I travel a bit, grab coffee and internet at coffee shops in other cities, but west Texas has sadly been held down by starbucks with minimal competition. Other local coffee spots miss the mark when they tend not to care about customers, pushing cheap bad coffee, cheap hard chairs to sit in, and horrible internet.

Higher Grounds provides a variety of great sitting areas (cushioned & non, upright or relaxed), and group rooms for those looking to have a meeting--students, co-workers, family get-together.

The ART is a great touch considering the art comes from local artists in west Texas (not off the target rack).

And the COFFEE is not imported from folgers cannisters. Let's just say it's a very welcoming place.

I'm not paid or encouraged to do this (I leave plenty of bad reviews for companies), but I'm encouraged to see when business owners care about service and the customer experience in west Texas.

Sadly many west Texas service-industry businesses don't understand this. This prob due to ownership rarely being in the building and working alongside the local citizens, understanding the daily opportunities and obstacles to providing better service.

Keep the dollars here in Midland/Odessa and support local business owners who truly take the time to consider the customer experience.
