Onions rings are fantastic!! Our group had chicken fried steak, grilled catfish and fried chicken strips...OMG delicious. Side of mash taters, cole slaw and green beans..1st time but will be going back!!

I hate to say this but I don't think I would be coming back here. Service was ok but food have no taste, I order the steak with a baked potato and I have to used a lot of sauce just to try to make it taste like something.

I just recently moved to Mexia and found some decent places to eat. This is gonna be my new go to when i have family or friends come see me. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was awesome.
The tea was slap your mama good.

I love Farmhouse! They have some of the best shrimp I’ve ever eaten! Their catfish is the bomb too! Every time I go, I always end up wanting to come back for more. They have the best sweet tea in town and I love their fried pickles. I’ve never been disappointed with the servers, and James (the owner) is very kind too. Definitely the best in Mexia!

Great food and service.

We have been coming here for years. Many places in Mexia come and go but this place has always been here. The food is awesome. The service is great. The atmosphere is perfect. Definitely recommend.
