A bit more hippy then I would normally like, and the coffee is slightly high priced. But the coffee is good and it is a great place to come study or just sit with friends. No one will say anything to you if your sitting here for hours without even buying anything it's just that kind of place.
Also there is lots of outlets for chargers or computers.

A great brew and perfectly casual yet hip atmosphere. There is too much to mention in my short review. I noticed right away that they use high-quality syrups and a Texas-roasted bean. Definitely a worthy stop as you leisure up the square.

There is a window to the sidewalk. Patrons can request water bowls to be passed through to water dogs outside. The staff is very friendly and happy to oblige.
Also the code and pastries are excellent.
This is currently (IMO) the best coffee shop in an area with strong competition.

Filter(ed) is a great place to hang out and listen to some chill music and get out of the heat while sipping fine coffee. Another favorite of mine when passing through Historic McKinney Square! If you are fortunate enough to see the live music, you're in for a treat!

Filtered is an experience, been coming to this place almost every week for over a year now. The staff is awesome, and I've gotten to know all them by name and become friends with them. The coffee is the finest in town, and it's a very chill environment.

I'm not a coffee person but dropped by hoping they had tea. I ended up getting their special matcha late with lucky charm marshmallows 10/10 I'll definitely be back

Good macchiato. Make sure to tell how much creamer/milk you want in coffee!

I don't normally like to praise places I like a lot because I don't like to compete for time/table space with other people, but I'd like for this place to stick around so here goes. This is the coffee shop I have dreamed of having in McKinney Square. They did a very soft opening a long time ago and I didn't discover it until a couple of months ago. They use their very own filtered rain water (hence their name) in all of their products. Great coffee starts with great water. It's the attention to all of the details that I appreciate. They use a brand of coffee that I am fond of, Cuvee, which is also a local coffee roaster. And it's true, the coffee is so great here, there's no need to put sugar in it. It's a very hip place, and I feel like I could be in Deep Ellum or the Design District when I'm there. They offer wifi. As a side business, there's also a friggin recording studio on site, and live music on certain evenings. Interested in voice lessons? They offer that too. They are at times understaffed, so be patient. The people who work there are very nice, and you will be treated kindly.

Great coffee and a nice atmosphere. Love their Mocha.
