Great place. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. It's never too loud and has excellent food and coffee/tea/Italian soda--like Starbucks, but with better coffee, lighting, and pastry. (I highly recommend the muffins.) I go here every Friday.

I took my dogs on a walk from my fiancé’s house about a half mile away. It was fairly early on a Sunday morning and I really wanted a cup of coffee. Since I had my dogs with me, I figured the chances were slim of me being able to find something. Filtered has this cool window where you can order a drink outside without needing to go in! The lovely woman working helped me choose a drink (the El Chapo cold brew, it was delicious) and we chatted about our dogs for a minute. The coffee was great and my dogs and I finished our walk. We will definitely be back!

I love their coffee and snacks. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
But the men's room is filthy...out of paper towels...soap almost gone...and in overall atrocious condition.
I am NO FAN of Starbucks but the restrooms are clean there. Filter needs to "step it up" if they want me to return. (And I sure hope they do.)

I love this place. It’s perfect to study with your friends and the coffee is good. I would definitely recommend this place if you want somewhere more quiet than a starbucks. They also have cakes which are better than anything on starbucks menu. Definitely will go again.

Drinks are delicious, environment is welcoming to all ages. We love hanging out with friends or going to work on homework or work outside the office.

This was my first time here. Came with a friend. How were we supposed to know that WE had to state it was for here?! Isn’t it the cashiers job to ask “Is it for here or to go?” She just assumed we wanted it to go. When we asked why our drinks were being put into to go cups she says oh you have to ask for it to be for here. What?! Then with an attitude says I can pour it into a glass cup. The whole point of coming here was because we wanted our drinks in a cup with the cute designs. But instead it we got paper cups and all the cinnamon and all the mocha was just sitting at the bottom. The drinks themselves were gross. My drink was warm at best. Cashier wasn’t friendly at all. Definitely won’t be back.

Been going to filtered for many months....and it is MY coffee shop! Love everything about it! The Iced Fidel coffee is amazing.... the baked treats incredible.... and the service is the best!!!
