Took my son for the kids eat free after 4pm so we ordered the Grinch's pancake. Tasty and fun to eat. Highly recommend it. With The whipped cream cheese on top. Though they did forget to add the heart candies on top. .Love the atmosphere and service..

extremely cold inside, everyone was cold, couldnt eat in peace, asked the manager if he could higher the ac or move us to the other side and he said he set the temp he wasn't going to adjust it then said if i wanted to move i would have to wait again in line to get seated, seriously i just waited 30min & he couldn't or wouldn't accommodate us, felt as if he had the store extremely cold to get customers in & out quick, my 3yr olds hands were freezing cold & wearing a jacket, imagine all the other kids with short sleeves & shorts, this was horrible, we are paying for a service

The waitress was nice and all but the place was super cold !! ☹️ Unfortunately the waitress couldn’t do anything about it even after 3 other people complained as well.

Don't recommend going at night. There's ALWAYS a 20-30min wait and they take forever to come to you just to let you know there's a wait and they give so much attitude. We just ended up leaving

The food was good and we didn't have to wait long, but our poor server had too many tables, as did the few other wait staff. I hope they can hire more.

The service was to slow and bad. Had to wait more than 8 min to flag down someone to refill my tea. Waitresses were chatting away in the kitchen. You need better management control. This particular place is known for bad service.

The service was a little slow despite it not being very packed but our waitress was nice and attentive and the food was good. Definitely would go back again for breakfast.

Server barley spoke English and was like pulling teeth to get basic things like sugar butter. Ordered endless pancakes and by time I got 2nd serving we was ready to go!
