Excellent service. The cooks shorted us a few items 4 straps of bacon etc. But our server fixed it quickly. There was no one to check out with so the lady answering the phone grabbed my server who once again gave Excellent service.

Got seated, waited 10min no one came to take our order for drinks or food, told the hostess she said she would get someone then seats the next people through the door and they got served within a minute or two while we were still waiting. Ended up just leaving.

haven't been there in years food was great everything was good only down side was the waitress wasn't nowhere to be found had to ask the hostess to bring me more drinks There's this autistic guy I think his name was Rob he's very nice to talk to and get along with. Hope I get to see him on my next visit there.

1130, was packed and sat down. Wasn't acknowledged until after 5 minutes. Someone was walking by and noticed me by myself and asked if I as attended already. I was sitting right next to the register for the waiters and nobody batted an eye. I'll give them the benefit of it being busy.

Ihop. Expensive!!!!! All chain. All over usa. They use cheap bread cheap eggs they charge you for any add on
Soda drink. Is almost 3.00 usd coffee 2.50. 4 people bill last year was around less than 50.00. Now 69 to 80.00

This establishment needs to hire qualified management. The current manager's managerial skills leave much to be desired!!! I placed an order online, and while I understand it's busy on Sunday, there is no way it should have taken almost 3 hours for food. I had to call the restaurant and spoke to the General manager Gabriel. I asked about my order and said it was done and getting bagged as we spoke. Fifteen minutes later, I call again to find out the status of my order. He tells me my order was finished over an hour ago(all this while the delivery guy is still there waiting at the restaurant). The manager just plain Lied. Then he starts telling me that it's really busy but come on 3 hrs!! As a Restaurant manager, it is your job to plan for busy.

I can say I-HOP has lost its professionalism, the place is unsanitary, the staff is Loud and yells obscene words out in the public. No hair nets at all.
