IHOP

Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive.. However, myself and two of my children ended up with horrible food poisoning. This is the second time we have eaten at this IHOP and gotten sick. We will definitely not chance it again.

Very sassy, sensitive, and overly emotional waitress. Slow service, we came in and waited 30 minutes to be serviced, besides that the menus are sticky just like the tables, this place should not be running and should be closed down by the FDA! This has been the worst restaurant I’ve been too... never coming back.

Wait time for food was long, food was cold when brought out, place is way to hot inside feels like the humidity is inside pouring out. Service was mediocre. Didnt bring us utensils until after we had our meal so no spoon to mix our coffee with and was surprised when i asked for my gravy on my country fried steak when it came bald. Very much improvement needed and will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

Greeted promptly and cheerfully upon entering the restaurant. My waitress took a drink order right off of the bat. When she returned with my coffee and water I gave her my order. So far, very good!
My over medium eggs were over easy with the yolk actually cool to the touch. I could deal with it and ate as is because I was very hungry. Halfway through I went for my pancakes and noticed the butter on top had not melted one bit. I spread it out on all three and it did not melt in any of them. Waitress just happened by and I told her about it. She took them back and returned with a fresh stack that I could see the steam rising off. I thanked her and spread the butter which had slid off the stack and realized there was only enough to grease the top cake. I used extra syrup to avoid the dryness of the pancake but it wasn't as good if I had had more butter.
Waitress was friendly throughout but I noticed her staring at my uneaten pancakes yet didn't ask if there was a problem.
Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Finer points of cooking and meal presentation need work.
I drive over the road for a living. Nearly every meal I eat is prepared in a restaurant. These types of occurrences happen on a near daily basis and are minor compared to some of the things I experience.

20 mins sitting there and no one came then we go and tell them in the front and they tell us they are sending someone and they never send anyone we got their first and the party that arrived before us got seated and even got their drinks. Worst customer service ever. This is not the first time they do this I don’t even know why they hire people that don’t even want to be working.

Lunch is not their specialty.
Tilapia no flavor,brocolli super dry and got couscous not white rice.Breakfast is however excellent.

Very poor service, it seems like they hired young kids that do not know what they are doing. A crew that is not very organized!!!!

We were seated immediately, waiter was very polite but service was HORRIBLE... We waited 45 mins to have our order (4 guests) done. Finally they bring our order and it was incomplete waited not her 30 min for pancakes to be ready. Pancakes should be done and ready as soon as you get your order very disappointed. Waiter was very polite but inexperienced.

Yea so its been 5 years i have not eat here since i got really sick and now 9/8/21 gave it a try again and order a burger and has a Piece of PLASTE!!!
and all they did was a $4 off of my bill....yea never again

Food is good, however we waited over 1/2 hour for our food the table next to us arrived 15 min after we did and they were halfway thru their food before ours came out
