IHOP

Very bad service. Food was cold, waitress brought our food without bringing utensils. Asked if we need anything else, we said utensils, salt, pepper and pancake syrup. She takes for ever, finally come with utensils then again asked anything else, we said salt, pepper syrup. Take her sweet time brings salt and pepper and leaves, we called her back and asked for syrup twice before she brought, by then pancakes cold. Had to go up to counter cause she never brought is our check. We completely understand that they are understaffed but it was 3pm very few customers. Very bad service. 😡

My food was cold by the time they brought it in 30 minutes after we had arrived but the manager went back and cooked my meal after I complained

Worse service. Waiter brought some gravy to our table and half of his thumb was in it. He got upset after I called him out on it. Need to hire people with common sense. Never going there again.

Food and service was great!

Food could be better but it is enough because my daughter really loves pancakes. The servive however is by far the slowest I've exprienced in any restaurant I've been in here in Laredo. It is, of course understandable, given that only one server was present, but it has been that way for the last year or so. I hope this changes. I am willing to edit my review once this changes, of course.

Service bad employees are passing around and don't care if your glass are empty or ck with you, the food come warm for being seated on the warmer . Thae place was with maybe 6 tables manager was seated doing papers and the waitresses taking time ,instead of cleaning tables empty 😳 no good day here so sad.

In my experience, service is bad. The seating hosts always have bad attitude. Maybe there are too many tables to attend for one waiter. Manager(s) need to figure out how they can serve customers with a little more attention. If you are drinking coffee for sure you are gonna need a second cup. Well it takes forver to get a second serving. We got two sauce packets. I asked for more and only got one. 😂 We were a table of four. Very stingy with the sugars and sauce packets.

Wait time more than 1 hr. Employees are so lazy and half and half milk served expired on Jan 29, 2021

Not pleased at all!!! My son and I went for breakfast at 7:30am and no one attended us as we waited to be seated. A waitress saw us waiting and kept ignoring us. We saw her speak to the manager and then came to the front to let us know that they will not be sitting anyone since they’re to busy. At that time there was only 3 tables that had customers. Very disappointed! We will never eat there again!
