Dutch Bros Coffee

Love Dutch Bros! Their Golden Eagle Chai is amazing, as well as the blended drinks and lemonades. Their kids cups are also really cute! If you enjoy strong or bold coffee, I’d say the coffee tasted like medium roast coffee. We always go for the refreshing drinks, since there’s so many to pick from. The staff are always sweet and helpful!

Coffee was delicious I really did not mind the wait. My only problem was the abundance of wasps, or bees? Not really sure as I rolled my window up ASAP. The amazing barista ran my drink outside to my other window. When asked how they deal with this she said 'very carefully'. This was just a few days ago. I hope this has been solved.

Second time into the shop and I believe that I'm a lifer now. Great coffee and above that, even greater service. Addy was funny and helped me customize my drink order. Drink came out very quickly and perfectly made. Thank you Dutch Bros and thank you Addy for making my day at 630am. Hope you found that sugar free sugar button. See y'all again soon!

Ordered an iced coffee and recieved a cup STUFFED so full of ice that I had a hard time getting the straw in! And it was over $5. I get that it's supposed to have ice, put stuffing a cup that obnoxiously is just greedy. I dumped out the actual coffee liquid at home and it was maybe 4oz worth. The rest was ice.

And then they asked me to tip.

I've traveled all over and never been given an ice cup like that.

Go to dunkin instead. $3 ice coffees and maybe about 1/3 is ice which is fair and expected.

I LOVE Dutch bros. They have fantastic coffee and I would go to Dutch Bros over Starbucks everyday. But this one started off so strong (like how a west coast Dutch bros is run) and has slowly gotten worse. It seems chronically understaffed. I went on a weekday at 6am and they only had two workers. The line was almost to the street.

1 Month Later update:
The location has improved a lot! After a few so-so experiences, this store seems to finally be hitting their groove again! Updated from 3 to 5 stars.

Fabulous staff, great drinks and a good vibe!

I go to Dutch bros pretty often and I usually tip when I could afford to. But today was my first day not tipping and for some reason when they asked if I was going to tip and I said “no thank you,” their attitude completely changed. I wish they didn’t have to ask and have it in the app where you can tip after receiving the drink. What if I didn’t like what they served me? I still believe a tip should be earned. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I love Dutch bros but it’s crazy how slow they have been and I try to avoid the line and do walk up. When I walked up at least 5 people were talking or cleaning.
The coffee shop I worked at we made drinks before any cleaning. One girl kept looking at me while cleaning. It would take her 2 minutes to put my drink together and have me go on my way.
Stood there for over 10 mins watching 3 people clean.

I fell in love with Dutch Bros in Colorado Springs. I had to have a coffee for my birthday...best birthday ever! Coffee was amazing which I fully expected, service was outstanding as usual. Line was long but worth tree wait! I think it's time to build a second one tho lol

I love the sizes and friendly atmosphere. Tried the white chocolate cold brew and it was delicious 😋!!!
