Y'all when I say this place is better than star bucks I'm not even joking . This place is so good ! I would recommend ! Service was fast and the workers was very nice !

I was the only person at the walk up window and Ordered 3 iced teas and 1 kids hot coco, teas were done in a relatively timely manner, but in total waited 37 minutes from the time we ordered for the kid's hot cocoa. The guy who made my teas was nice but asked the others working the drive thru window side multiple times for the hot cocoa, until they eventually got around to it, absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for a hot cocoa!! No apologies from staff, won't be returning with that kind of customer service. The customer who ordered a few minutes after me, couldn't not belive the wait time for a kids hot cocoa either!!

Have been waiting here for so long and no one come take order from us but people came in after us get to order 🙄 This is our fav place in town. So disappointed!!

I came here for the first time on a Saturday morning. The workers were very friendly, and the coffee was pretty good. I also got a lemonade that was absolutely delicious. After my initial visit, I went back on three separate days to get the same drink again. Definitely recommend. Online they have an extensive menu and there seems to be something for everyone.

Love this place. It's delicious and affordable. Employee Isabel-Mercedes is beautiful inside and out. She told me I had really positive energy and it made my day. You never know what people are going through on the inside, her compliment gave me the push I need to get through my day. 🌻🦋😊🙏🏾

I don't understand why wait times are so long. You literally need between 30-40 minutes of your life, stuck in a drive thru, to get a drink. Owners!!! Don't you think that a ridiculous wait time? Even if your coffee is great, do you think it's fair?. Today I lost 30 minutes stuck in a drive thru line and ended up leaving because I didn't have any more time to wait. Why don't you have a speaker? I know your idea it's very cool, but very inconvenient as well. Today, because of the weather nobody was outside taking orders and it seems like each car had to wait an average of 30 minutes at the window to get a drink. This is way beyond ridiculous. And why employees don't have a sense of urgency to move the line specially if they are doing one order at a time?

I like that you can see the menu before you order but I think it’s dumb that you can’t order until you get to the window feel like it’s not as efficient as it could be and that’s why it’s a little slow. They recommended a coffee for me some eagle thing and it taste like supper cheap coffee, I have had better coffee at 7-11. The coffee my wife ordered was ok. The hot chocolate is the only reason why I’m not giving this place a one star, it’s good a lil sweet but good. I honestly can’t get over the fact of how bad my coffee tasted and not only how it tasted but if you’ve ever had a raw egg and you bite the yolk, it gave me that same after taste/feeling.

Dutch Bros is my favorite "chain" coffee place, the staff is always extremely friendly. I've never had a negative experience at one. And I'm so happy they're finally in Texas. Can't wait for one to open up closer to me, I drove nearly an hour for this visit, and was not disappointed.

We loved it when it first opened but unfortunately Killeen has a way of killing great businesses. I don't think that they picked the best spot for it. Service has steadily declined. Orders have been wrong the last three times. Quality of the drinks have been declining and the waits are awful no matter the time you go. Today was the punch that tied it all together. Handed me a drink where ice was higher then the coffee. A solid inch of space with ice and no coffee. The recipes have been real inconsistent and I don't believe it's worth the wait or the money anymore.
