Dutch Bros Coffee

Employees and drinks are great. No complaints at all. If you're gonna complain about this place, take a second to think...this place is very popular and you obviously see alot of cars in drive thru. If you don't have much time to waste, go elsewhere.

Just another coffee shop... the espresso beans are better than Starbucks, which makes any coffee drink better than Starbucks...

1st time here and I loved the drink I had. Can't remember the name but I think it was a turf something 🤔 tropical. You can get it with or without the fruit. I got mine without. I think they may have had a shot of energy in it, which I didn't mind since I had to drive 6 hours back home. Nice place to grab a frozen drink or coffee.

Always delicious drinks and great service! Workers are always friendly service is always as fast as possible. They do their best to keep the lines short. Inside always looks clean.

Starbucks WHO?! Dunkin who?! They wish they could be HALF as good as Dutch Bros.
The coffee is always top notch and the sodas with soft top are *chefs kiss* the best thing in the world! The rewards on the app make it so the drinks literally pay for themselves. I loveeeee the employees and how friendly they are. I'm sure it's not easy to have small talk with every customer that comes by, but they make it seem so effortless. It's just a joy to go every time! I just wish I could get stickers! 😪 everytime I ask, they're always out. But seriously, love this place.

Some of the nicest people I have ever met and they even make amazing coffee!! I swear, I come here at least 3-4 times a week and they love my buddy, Nova! They’re so dog friendly and always give him multiple treats when we come to visit. I’ll be coming to visit here in a few minutes! Lol

LOOOVVVEEE Dutch bro! I feel like a lot of businesses only have great customer service when they first open but this location has the nicest people every single time I stop for a coffee (which is arguably alot) thank y’all!!!

DONE GOING TO DUTCH BROS TILL THEY REMOVE ASKING FOR A TIP WHEN PLACING ORDERS

I love Dutch Bros. Grew up in OR so we were always getting Dutch bros. Super excited when I saw them building one in Killeen. But yall really need to change a few things .
1. Stop asking for tips when people are using the mobile app. These drinks are already 5 plus dollars and you put people in an uncomfortable position asking for tips. Do what the Dutch Bros shops do in Oregon and have a tip jar up at the front where they get their drinks and if that want to tip they can tip and yall can divide at the end of the day . Yall will ask for tips but only apply a military discount if they ask for it.

2. Yall dont have to talk the entire time customers are waiting for drinks at the window. Gets uncomfortable once they run outta things to chat about and they're just staring at you

I get a quad shot of expresso × 5, I went in on 10/2/22 and I was discouraged and generally in a sad mood thinking about the passing of my father.
There was some confusion about the order and I wasn't as nice as I should've been. All my lids had a smiling face with a note of encouragement.
Thank you all so much, it really helped change my outlook.

I love this place, however, the Stan Schleuter location only ever has ONE lane open. You have to wait 15 minutes plus. The girls are very friendly just super tired of the wait that long at this point.
