Dutch Bros Coffee

This store hasn't even been open for 2 months yet and so many issues. I'm from Washington state so I know how Dutch Bros is supposed to be ran and this is not the experience I am used to. Maybe the owners need to take a drive up from Houston and see how the store is being operated. Some adjustments really need to be made and the first one is not sitting in drive thru for over 30 minutes when only 6 cars are ahead of me. Last time I addressed this with the manager I waited 45 minutes. I might really need to consider going back to Starbucks who can have a slew of cars in drive-thru and have you with your drink in 10 to 15 minutes.

Love their coffee and tea. Customer service is great and ther prices are reasonable. Don't be afraid to get in the long line if there so happens to be one because the li e moves pretty fast. You're greeted at your car window for your order while you're in line and if your order is ready before you get to the window, your order will be brought out to your car and at that point you can exit the line. My favorite coffee Is Cocomo with a soft top. It's good hot, iced, and blended. I had a peach smoothie and didn't care too much for it. The flavor was there, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I also love the double rainbow green tea.

There were 5 people in front of me before i ordered my drink. Then two more people ordered after me. TELL ME WHY THEY GIVE ALL THE DRINKS TO THE PEOPLE THAT WERE BEFORE ME AND AFTER ME AND I GOT MY DRINK LAST. I saw the staff were just talking and not making the drinks. Customers has places to be and wants coffee. I am disgusted about this situation.

We love Dutch bros, much better coffee than any other place around here and plenty of options. Can’t give it 5 stars though because every time I’m in the drive thru I wait at least 30 minutes even if there’s only 4-5 cars.
Always walk up to the window if you can, it’s a lot faster service.

I ordered 5 drinks total: nutty Irishmen, cake batter, flap jack ice coffees and a shark attack Red Bull and a German hot chocolate. Out of 5 drinks only 2 were correct and the ice coffees were completely wrong. So disappointed after driving across town and getting home to find out that all 3 ice coffees where the Golden eagle flavor. Which I don’t like so down the drain it went. Not to mention the two employees at the window saying we were wrong with one drink that had a total different order number than my order number written on the top of the cup. So I called the headquarters number because the Killeen store doesn’t have a number to call online and after 10 minutes of waiting, headquarters hung up on me with out even talking to me. Never go to Dutch Bros Coffee 30 before they close because you will get HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Went today around 12:30 again and I was prepared for the chaos, but it was my only break in the day and I needed the coffee boost. The line wasn't super long, but it grew quickly after I got in line. I was pleasantly surprised by the organization of the staff taking orders. They didn't seem frazzled even though the line was growing, they were patient and friendly like the few times I went to Dutch Bros before 4/23. The person that took my order also let me know "you'll be going behind this truck"...small changes makes for big improvements and I say GOOD JOB YALL! People waiting in line didn't seem to be fighting where the lines combine, & letting customers know where their place was in line seemed to help with the traffic pattern. I ordered 2 drinks this time (compared to 1 drink on 4/23) but I got my order before I even reached the window. Keep it up yall!

Normally I have a great time at Dutch Bros but today was particularly frustrating because of the lack of organization and wait time. The way the drive thru is set up makes it easy for people to cut in line or cut you off even when there should be a back and forth pattern between the lines. A blue car cut in front of 10 people including myself because they cut in from the heb gas station even though there was a line already formed behind verizon & papa johns. I feel like that side should be blocked off with cones if other people are already waiting.

The wait staff is usually very friendly & fast but they seemed a little disorganized today. I try to give them grace especially around 12 because I understand that’s usually their busiest time, but they weren’t paying attention to the pattern of customers and I heard one of them even ask if they took my order, while 2 cars behind me that went in the other lane got their orders taken. The staff that finally took my order was friendly, and I could tell she was trying to help but she seemed frazzled. After I got my order taken...I was following the usual traffic pattern between the lines and a customer in a gray Camry cut me off even tho we got our order taken at the same time. I just feel there needs to be more organization or something to remedy the craziness at 12/1.

I got there at 12:30 (usually when they’re busy the longest I’ve waited is maybe 15-20 mins max) but I didn’t get my order til 1:22. Even when I got to the window the cashier initially gave me the wrong drink & I understand it was busy, she apologized, but organization & wait time definitely needs improvement.

Coffee was delicious though! I’ll give y’all that!

Love it here. Definitely better than any coffee place I've been too. The staff, the drinks and the prices are amazing. I'm literally here like 4x a week. I always get the Oat Milk Kicker Blended.

The Chick-fil-a of coffee shops. The employees were out directing the drive thru lanes and taking orders. I got my order while still in the lane. It took less than 5 minutes to order, receive my coffee and leave. They also have very cute kids cups that my son loved. He always tries to take my coffee so I got him a chocolate milk, he was very excited. We will definitely be back.

We have been waiting for Dutch Bros to open after finding them in Oregon last summer. We were not disappointed. It was the exact same experience with friendly staff and awesome drinks. We will be regular customers at this location. Thank you so much for coming to Killeen!!!!

Ok, over a year in and I still love Dutch Bros. Lots of coffee options in South Killeen but by far Dutch is my go to. They've got something for everyone in the family and for every season. Just wish they had more merch drops and giveaways.
