I love Dutch Brothers. One of my favorite parts is the price for the size cup. I taste the coffee, it's not not to strong but it's not overwhelmed with flavoring either. They also have so much to choose from. The only downside is I wish I had one closer to my house.

I thought I'd give this place another try and ordered The Kicker Iced, I was really anticipating getting something delicious but I was sadly disappointed once again...my drink tasted like sweetened milk and I couldn't taste any coffee. I was hoping to have a better experience this time around.

When this place opened, it was great. I mean few hiccups with wrong orders and long lines but was worth the wait. Today, 1/13/22 @ 1551 the young man working showed up to the window with two small lemonade cups when we ordered large. We ordered no ice since we were going over to HEB to get a few groceries before heading home and didn't want it watered down. I told him, sir, we ordered large. He said since we ordered no ice, he said we had to pay for twice the drink. So, he literally took my card and charged me for 2 more drinks ultimately charging me for 4 large drinks when I only received 2 large with no ice. Now instead of remaking them (since I am finally drinking them), he just watered down the small cups with lemonade in a large cup instead of making them majestic forest. I paid $17+ dollars for two drinks. What a disappointment. I'll be reporting this to corporate and unfortunately you have lost a frequent customer.

My first time ever ordering from Dutch bros, my coffee was great! It did take a while to get through the line, about 35 minutes, but it was worth the wait! I also don’t think very many people were reading the sign they have that says choose the shortest drive thru line so the left line was really long lol. The lady in the drive thru was super helpful when I was asking questions about what to order too. I think they have a walk up window to order too, but I’m not 100% sure as I only glanced at it.

We love the drinks and most of the time the customer service is great. My wife and I are always tipping but I noticed the past few times we went, well ask for light ice and they don't fully fill up our drinks. If this is a new policy, I wish I knew ahead of time instead of having to pay 2 dollars and some change for the left over space to be filled. I was told I had to pay for a small drink to make up for the space and I'm pretty sure the left over space was less than the amount of a small drink.

Coffee was on point so whoever is making it is doing an excellent job the problem I have is my order came out to $17 and 60 cents I paid with a $20 and I didn't get my change not giving change is rude and not letting me decide what I believe the tip should be at my own discretion. But I ordered a rosemary bagel and you gave me a plain one so I wouldn't have given you a very big tip either way it went or it could have even given you a bigger tip had my order been correct but instead you pocketed my money without me making my own executive decision.

Usually so awesome, they really arent bad despite this particular review rating. Dutch Bros as a company is incredible which is why its not lower. This is a LOCATION review not a company review.
The past few times I have been to this particular location, they have burnt the coffee. So much that more creamer doesn't help even a little bit.
Normally we would just let them know and ask for a new cup and they're awesome with replacing and never have an attitude (rare for Killeen) so that's truly awesome, but this time that wasn't an option as my husband bought coffee and brought it home to me while working. There ain't nothing like your first sip of coffee making your face scrunch up bc it's burnt and bitter :( can't get a replacement bc were 10 minutes away from it. I dont like doing negative reviews at all, but multiple times of a coffee shop burning the coffee kinda needs to be mentioned. The first time it happened, they were slammed so I let it go, got my replacement and said it is what it is. The next time was like hm.. thats odd bc they were super busy but ya know. Then this time and it's like we'll dang.. guess it's a trend lol
Anyway, TASTE IT BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. When it's good, it's great! My husband's freeze was delicious, so this trip wasn't all bad.. just sucks that mine was yucky lol. Hopefully next time I go it won't be burnt :/

I like this place however getting in and out is a pain. So I recommend going to the one on clear creek if this one is too packed. Not much you can do about. Seems like people can't freaking drive when they are getting a great drink.

The drinks are great but this is the slowest coffee shop I've ever been to. The service has went to trash fast. Yes, lines are long but a 30 min wait everytime?!?! With 10 cars in front of me? I also don't understand having someone outside taking our orders asking what we want before we arrive to the menu? Then I still wait another 20 mins so it's not speeding anything up.
This was my 3rd time in a row with the same experience. I would Imagine many are feeling the same. I'm personally not returning unless I can catch the business with 1 or 2 cars only in line. Personally don't have 30 to 45 mins to waste in line to get a drink only to come up the window for employees to be having a great time jamming to music and acting like nothing is wrong.
Can management see how they would feel if that happened to them?
