Cambrian Coffee

Absolutely LOVE! I have been here before and have ordered a few times their amazing sausage rolls. Best in Texas btw. But today I ordered (again) their Cambrian Latte with an extra shot of espresso with almond milk.....OMG. From the 1st sip, I honestly don't know why I ever would bother going to the other chains of coffee that are all over the place. The barista here is an artist. My coffee will make today a GREAT day.

Wonderful cozy local coffee place! The employees were incredibly sweet and made delightful lattes. They even accommodated my unusual request for a decaf latte (it was fantastic). Very quiet and clean, a great place to hang out or work as well.

Super cute shop! I love the theme and decor of this place and the owner was super nice and engaging. I brought home drinks for my family I got two Cambrian Lattes (one hot, one iced) and a Mocha and everyone loved their drink. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

The coffee is wonderful but the baked goods are out of this world. Sausage rolls are the best in the city and cookies are too good. Always switching this up. Do not skip the goodies.

The interior is really minimal and clean which is nice, and the baristas working seemed very cool and outgoing! The coffee was pretty average though. Not bad in the slightest but it tasted very similar to the latte I get at Dunkin, which is $2 cheaper. I think if they expanded the menu it could be worth the money!

The owner is very kind and helpful which adds to an atmosphere that gives you joy and makes you want to stay for a while. The coffee is really good and the prices match that of Starbucks or any other "high-end" chain, but it feels good to help support the local economy! Will be back soon :)

LOVE THIS PLACE!! The coffee is sooo good and the food is amazing! Absolutely love their sausage rolls and in regards to the sweets, I really can't pick a favorite@ The staff are so nice and the owners, Hinkle and Gemma are so welcoming. Highly recommend this local business to be your new coffee hot spot!

Great flat white, nice ambiance for working/meet ups, and super friendly staff!

On vacation in Houston and stopped in this morning with my fiancé. We got the Cambrian latte, an iced chai, and the signature sausage roll. The drinks were excellent and I’d absolutely get them again, but the sausage roll is something special. One of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The pastry was so light and flakey while still being soft and moist. The sausage had so much flavor, and I loved the little bit of stone ground mustard inside. It was so good I immediately wish I had gotten another two or three. You will not be disappointed.
