Cambrian Coffee

Stopped at this coffee shop today to try their Americano and saw that they use one of my favorite coffee roasters (#Geva) a local roaster. It was very smooth and hot till the end. We had some shortbread that had that crunchy outside that we like!

We happened upon this local coffee shop by chance when we were in the area for our son’s soccer game. What a great place! The pastries were so delicious. We had the sausage rolls and cheese scones. Out of this world! Great coffee and carefully selected syrup flavors. Interesting locally roasted coffee brands available for purchase as well. I wish we had a place like that in our neighbors.

I am from Denver and found the place when I visited Houston with my family. The Cambrian coffee (I tried the iced one) is very lightly sweetened with a hint of cinnamon. I really liked it. The raspberry scone was also delicious.

Cambrian catered a special order of half sized sausage rolls for our sons’ joint birthday party! They were thorough, helpful, and everyone loved the sausage rolls!

It is our family favorite tradition to go and visit them during the week or weekend! Thank you so much, Cambrian Coffee! Y’all are amazing!

PS our friends from Spain also said it reminded them of a savory food they ate while growing up—it brought them back to their childhood! 😊

I love stopping here! I come regularly with coworkers at lunch time. The team is always so welcoming and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product they sell, giving excellent recommendations about which drinks pair well. The pastries are always delicious, highly recommend the scones of the week! So many tasty scone flavors to try!

Love this place! Cambrian has a great ambiance and fantastic coffee and pastries - a solid combination!

The inner kid in me was excited as soon as we pulled up to the Tyrannosaurus mural on the side of the building and the inside is just as awesome.

If you don’t know what Cambrian means (like me when I walked in) you’ll find out in minutes as the entire shop is covered in unique themed dinosaur decor.

I can’t wait to come back and try out the rest if the pastry and coffee selection. The maple sausage roll was a standout - a must try! Five stars for overall friendly and quick service - hope to continue seeing great things from Cambrian.

Got a Cold Brew coffee here; it tasted very good. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant; there were decorations and deco related to the "prehistoric" theme. Glad to have stopped by!

This place is great for the local Spring Branch community. The cakes are delicious and coffee has really good flavors. Hazelnut is my favorite and they have their own Flavors as well. You get a good view of what’s happening around the neighborhood.

Such a wonderful place. They were so pleasant and friendly. The owner took time to explain everything to me. Introduced me to his wife. Fresh baked goods were really tasty. Scone was the best I have had.

Coffee is great! Shortbreads are phenomenal!!! Sausage in pastry could be cooked a little longer. Have eaten it 3x now and have gotten an upset stomach. Everything else is fabulous 😍
