Cambrian Coffee

I got one of their pay it forward tokens and I am so happy I came in. Very relaxed and inviting environment. I don't typically get coffee so they recommended me a mocha 1/2 shot with almond milk. It's my new go to! Their cheese scones are also delicious. Will be going back very soon!

Got 2 coffees. The taste was great in both. 1 cappuccino & 1 iced mocha latte. Employees were pleasant.

I love love love this place!! Spring branch is so lucky to have Cambrian here. The coffee is not only amazing but the pastries are the best pastries I have ever had. Everything is baked fresh in their store. I didn’t know scones were so delicious. She could honestly open up her own bakery. My favorite is oat milk latte with hazelnut and all of their pastries, like all of them.

I fell in love with this amazing place after my first visit! The sausage rolls and the Cambrian latte are delicious; and, the owners and staff are so personable and genuinely interested in getting to know their customers and community! Plus, it's an independent, locally owned mom-and-pop shop, which is always great! They've definitely earned my repeat business!

Cambrian is a great treasure in the neighborhood. Everyone is friendly, the coffee is great, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Pictured is the reminents of the cheese and chive scone that I love so much.

OMG just had the best latte EVER! It had a hint of honey and cinnamon goodness. You HAVE to try! Also there are Trilobites!

I love Cambrian Coffee. The sausage rolls are authentic and delicious. The mini loaves are moist and taste divine. The extensive coffee and tea options make every visit an experience. Brian & Co are all lovely, they’ve developed a unique cosy space in Spring Branch! Would highly recommend you stop by for a coffee and slice. Oh - and a selfie with the HUGE dinosaur mural! 🤩

Walking into Cambrian Coffee, I can guarantee you will always be warmly greeted with a "Hello", "Welcome to Cambrian", or "Good Morning". The team here is not short on customer service and making each guest feel welcome. Owners, Brian and Gemma, have done a fantastic job building a great brand that is both quintessentially Spring Branch, but also incorporates their love for geology, dinosaurs, cats, and of course coffee! Team members are always at the ready and if you are a regular will likely begin your order before you even make it to the counter.

All of their baked goods are delicious, but the sausage rolls take the cake. Maple Chili, Smokey Chipotle, Pepperoni Pizza, The Cheesey, and Taco Tuesday just to name a few are all fantastic. They have a traditional sausage roll sold daily, as well as a specialty sausage roll each week along with a rotating array of seasonal pastries.

And how could I forget the coffee? From your corporate brands to some of the local shops around the area, I have found Cambrian's espresso drinks, teas, lemonade, and seasonal drinks to be consistently the best in taste and value for what you get.

Bonus, they have a program called "Coffee it Forward" where you can purchase tokens to give to a friend, co-worker, or family member which awards them one espresso based drink of their choice.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this local business and the smiling faces that make coffee magic every day. If you are in the area, do not miss this spot!

New find for us and we love it! We will become regulars. The coffee is fantastic and the sausage rolls are a must try for anybody who hasn’t had them before. This has genuine British scones and sausage rolls.
