Cambrian Coffee

Over priced! $5 for an 8oz latte. Will not warm a pastry after 10am, because they turn their oven off 5 hours before they close. They invented microwaves 70 years ago.
Spent $15 yesterday, today they wanted to charge me $1 for a 1/4" of extra milk. They don't care about customer service, which they, apparently, think is attained with fake smiles and passive aggression if you politey critique them. If you want to learn about the Cambrian age, they will talk your ear off. If you want to discuss their customer service, you will get passive aggression. Starbucks is just up the road...far better for the same price!
I said i would never come back. As i left they yelled you are not welcome back, in front of a customer.
I heard they were struggling and i see very few customers....i see why.

The pastries are absolutely delicious. The coffee is also delicious. Service is perfect and always fast and friendly ☕😋😍

I had a vanilla late from the espresso bar and pumpkin crumble loaf. They were great. The wife had a a chi late and sausage roll which were also great. Awesome motif particularly for geology buffs, the owners Brian and Gemma were very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great neighborhood spot. Good enforcement of safety measures too, staff all had mask on. I plan on trying the slow brew next.

If you want great speciality coffee in SB look no further!!! Not only is the coffee great, but the owners are so kind and you’ll feel like you’re at home when you’re there. Their chocolate chip scone is delish and my go to coffee is a single origin flat white with caramel. 🙌🏼

As a geologist, I love the theme and decor of Cambrian Coffee.
My go-to coffee is a vanilla latte, and they make it with home-made syrup...Sooooo GOOD!!
The sausage rolls are delicious, and the savory scones are amazing. I can also give two thumbs up for the other pastry offerings.

I want to go back and sample everything here, because it all looks so good. But right now I want to shout out the amazing sausage rolls. Y’all are doing great!

Exceptional coffee, food, and service. The sausage rolls and fresh-baked pastries are delicious and the coffee is spectacular. I drive out of my way to come here any chance I get. Highly recommend!

We were excited to have a neighborhood coffee shop right around the corner! We went on the first official opening day. It was bright and welcoming. Very clean and the staff was friendly. We got the curtado and the walnut cake. They were both tasty and just what we needed that morning. We am excited to try the rest of their baked goods and drinks!

For those with a discerning palate who crave espresso shots pulled correctly, this place is for you. Dang good coffee and extremely kind people working here.

Very friendly owners, good coffee, nice industrial/rustic decor. The sausage rolls are amazingly buttery. I usually get a lavender latte and it has yet to fail me.
