Cambrian Coffee

I've been here a couple of times now and 5 stars is not enough! The cold brew is fantastic and the sausage pastries are unbelievably flaky. The scones should not be this moist, they are insanely delicious. I've been watching the owner Brian and his staff knock out wave after wave of guests with a smile and efficiency like they've been doing this for years. From where I was sitting today I could see Brian's wife making the pastries in the back of the house. Now, I run a restaurant so I know something about speed vs quality. She takes her time making these pastries, doing them right and it shines through in the flavor, texture and presentation. She may be the secret weapon of Cambrian Coffee! Spring Branch has needed a place like this for a very long time and I can safely say this place rocks it! Keep up the good work!

Loved the coffee and theme; also there’s are nice mural on the side of the building. Happy to see a coffee shop like this in the spring branch area. I took off one star because they had very few food/bakery/snack options. I hope they work to improve upon this aspect or their business since I like to have treats with my coffee!

The Cambrian latte is soo good, the food is AMAZING and the staff is great. The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home and known on your first visit! They’re doing a great job building a strong community.

This place rules. The coffee is bomb. Owner is super customer oriented and cares about the people that work for him and patronize his shop. The staff is a reflection of the culture that ownership has established. There is nothing more refreshing than a well run small business, so if you would like to see a well oiled machine check out Cambrian.

Great coffee! The owner is incredibly friendly. I just adore this cool and unique coffee spot in the greater Spring Branch area. Flavorful lattes and cappuccinos. Pumpkin spice maple latte was great.. thanks!

Brian and Gemma have opened a real gem here in Spring Branch. They are so inviting and clearly have a passion for what they are doing. The cranberry white chocolate scone and sausage roll are particularly good. The coffee is great as well and the slow pour bar is great if you love a good pour over. Happy to make Cambrian my regular coffee shop!

Delightful couple - owners are so friendly and helpful. The sausage wrap was delicious, as have been all the pastries I've tried so far (a little pumpkin loaf and the most fabulous chocolate chip cookie EVER!) The latte was wonderful.

The owners know good coffee and the Sausage rolls are to die for! Their Single Origin coffee options are so smooth and delicious, it's honestly really good coffee. Highly recommend this place to coffee lovers and ancient history nerds!

This place is amazing! The service is spectacular. The nitro brew is amazing and the breakfast sausage rolls are made a delicious phyllo dough. Omg! Today I woke up thinking about adulting and how heavy my morning may but their breakfast made me think of how amazing my day will be. There must be some kind of magic in their sausage rolls. Those flavors made me sooo happy about today ☀️I’m so happy this place is right around the corner 🙌🏻

Excellent coffee, chocolate chip scone and sausage roll. Chatted with the owner who is very personable. It is clear he puts a lot of personal attention into his business and it reflects in this place. Can't wait to go back!
