Yaga's Cafe

Food was mediocre. Upstairs dining area feels dirty and forgotten about. Our server put the wrong items on our bills and when we asked for them to be corrected they brought them back wrong still. Then we were asked to hurry up with the bills because she was trying to leave.
Drinks were good, everything else was pretty scuffed.

Great local coffee shop and bakery. Never been to Galveston. The coffee shop employee was quick to give us pointers on the scene of the seaside town

The shrimp burger was amazing forget the crabcakes and go for the shrimp burger. (no bread included) we also got the pepperoni with pineapple thin crust pizza. Yummy 😋 as well.

Great people. Frendly even though we were here 45 minutes to closing. The atmosphere is great with some wonderful views from there outdoor seating. The appetizer the seafood floutas were one of the best appetizers I have ever had. The flavors were a wonderful mix of Savory, Sweet, and Spicy. The peppered shrimp with Broccoli and cajun potatos were fantastic. The club sandwich h was perfect, and they loved our dog and treated her like a customer. Thanks again. I highly recomend this great downtown Galviston cafe.

If you want great pizza on the Strand, Yaga’s Cafe is the place to go! The AC was very cold and the people were nice. Our waitress recommended the seafood flautas and they were delicious with all the dipping sauces. My grilled shrimp with potatoes and veggies was mediocre. Get the pizza!

Fabulous Fish Tacos!!! The fried zucchini are thickly cut, lightly battered, and well seasoned.

In a town of mediocre restaurants, this is a highlight. Great fresh food, veggies, healthy options, plus other fun favs like pizza and burgers. Vegetarian, vegan, and keto options too. Loved my shrimp party burger.

This and Blvd. Seafood, Suki Poke, and Hey Mike's ice cream are our Galveston favs.

Loved the outdoor seating but it was cold today. Our server kind of disappeared but we reached out to another who took care of us. Food was good, pet friendly.

Very nice staff, very mediocre food. I really wanted to enjoy the food because of how nice everyone was. I ordered the turkey burger, and it had very little flavor. It was juicy and was cooked well, just needs more flavoring. Hope it continues to get better!

Island vibes no doubt. This part of Galveston has the cruise ship setup where folks will get out and explore the area for a bit while the ship re- and re-’s. A great place to grab a healthy snack, bunch of different options popping on there that range from burrito bowl with a descent amount of chicken to a grilled salmon and broccoli.
