Great locally owned coffee shop with a nice patio and frequent live acts. Teas, sandwiches and dessert items round out the menu.

I was excited to visit for the first time, and I was enjoying my croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese until I found a long blonde hair in it. (FYI, my hair is very curly salt and pepper) Staff remade my order and manager added a gift card for a free drink, but I'm still nauseous. I thought hair nets were standard with food prep, but maybe not.

What is going ON, Dunn Bros. What happened?? The roof is leaking, the A/C is touch and go, the paint is chipped all over the walls, the seats are ripped, there are trash cans everywhere, there are inhospitable, sloppy signs about how to use your card reader and time limits on your stay. The ragged look no longer resembles that old-school, homey coffee shop from the late 90s. It looks a hot mess. It's gross. I've been a regular customer since 2014 and I'm overwhelmed at how much this place has fallen apart. PLEASE get it together. This used to be my favorite place to come, and I want to keep coming here.

It was really hard to find, even using Google maps. I drive for a living and passed it twice before I finally found it.

Edited to remove three stars: they’re allegedly open until 6 pm but close indoor seating at 5 pm.
Great place to go with your laptop and get some work done. It's the ideal coffeehouse atmosphere, and even though it's a chain, it feels local and independent. They do a great job with almond milk lattes.

Ordered coffee with Soy milk. Nice building, friendly staff. But the coffee was just alright, not Starbucks.

Love the outside patio area. Lots of tables and couches too. Great tea selection. Baristas are friendly.

What can I say about the best coffee period. They have my favorite all year “ pumpkin pie “
Their food is great and very friendly employees
They had a old style band that played one time that I would like to see again. ENJOY
Well this is another review, I lied. Sorry but I didn’t know that after the year of pumpkin pie spice, they DO NOT have it all year anymore for whatever reason. They still have I think very good coffee. I don’t go as much anymore.

I love their coffee choices and prices are better than Starbucks. Their sandwiches are really good too! Great, comfortable atmosphere. A lot of ppl come to study/work here. Friendly staff. Always clean. I love Dunn Bros!

If you want a change of pace from the usual Starbucks, check out Dunn Brothers Coffee in Friendswood. Just like any other coffee shop, they have their own flavored roasts and the different varieties of hot and cold coffee (and non-coffee) concoctions. I tried their dark roast brewed coffee and I enjoyed it. It was good, and not overly roasted tasting. It definitely wasn't as strongly flavored as Starbucks dark roast, but it was very balanced and good. It's perfect for those who don't prefer their coffee to have that burnt taste. They do have lunch and snack items on hand as well. The staff is friendly, the shop is spacious inside, and they have ample amount of shaded outdoor seating. It's ideal for hanging out in groups on a nice day.
