Absolutely wonderful coffee and amazing ambience! The owners ensured there were multiple spaces both public and private to conduct business. I loved having room to spread all my documents and work items without worrying about lack of space for others. There is a cool bar overlooking a glass-enclosed roasting area. Meanwhile, the his/hers separated bathrooms were kept clean-a huge bonus over shared bathroom spaces! Last, my daughters adore the shop and coffee! Keep up the great work First Cup Coffee Co!

First Cup is like no other coffee shop in the Houston metropolitan area. Outstanding service and if you have children there is a play room just for them. Very spacious and homely environment to study or just read. If you need an office they have it for a very reasonable rental price.

My experience with customer service and the quality of coffee has been outstanding.

This such a nice coffee shop. Starbucks who? They have delicious food/snack options and the coffee is so rich! This coffee is shop is decorated in a farmhouse/shabby chic’/vintage style and it really is charming! They have lots of space to spread out. There are social seats, more secluded seats (for working/studying), office rentals, and regular tables.

If you haven’t tried this wonderful little coffee shop out— you need to! Prices are affordable, location is easily accessible, staff friendly, and drinks/food delicious!

A great place to go hang and work! They have private offices, a kids room and a conference room as well. More than anything else awesome drinks and delicious pastries/cookies! You can come in or go through the drive thru or subscribe online and you will receive excellent customer service! They also brew their own coffee! Got to check them out! You will love the atmosphere!

Soft opening November 28. I actually walked into this place about a month ago thinking it was open and met one of the owners(Chad). Saw the same owner today and was welcomed by him and the head roaster. Very big space inside with plenty of comfortable seating. Also has seating outside and a drive thru. Ordered a coffee americano and an apple pie and I'm happy to report that both were exceptional. This will be my new go-to place for coffee and dessert.

This place is very large. It’s probably the most spacious coffee shop I’ve ever visited. I ordered banana bread and a blonde roast drip coffee. Both were excellent. In total I spent less than $8 including tip. They offer coffees, refreshers and a great selection of assortments of bread items. There’s additional parking in the back if there are no spaces out front. There is also some outdoor seating.

If you haven’t been to First Cup Coffee Co., you are seriously missing out! It’s not just another coffee shop. They roast their coffee in house. You can actually watch them roasting. As a result, their coffee and coffee-blended drinks are fresh, aromatic and missing that bitterness found in a lot of coffee shops (sorry, Starbuck’s). In addition to the one-of-a-kind coffee they serve, you can buy multiple different roasts on-site or online to enjoy at home. They have incredible pastries. You can rent offices and conference rooms, and they have an incredible play area for kids. Their atmosphere is as well blended as their coffee. It’s luxury, comfort and serenity. Stop waiting for your burned coffee at a sticky bar in a tiny shop. Check out First Cup today. It’s not just a coffee shop nits a coffee experience!

Great large coffee shop, has a pretty cool kids play area.

The coffee isn’t my style, it’s basically a local “Starbucks” style of coffee. Milky/sweet coffee.

Other than that it’s a cool chill spot if you want to study or meet someone.

Outstanding!! Phenomenal atmosphere and awesome drinks. The house-made syrups are a highlight. Also, with eleven in-house coffee roasts, you’re sure to find your perfect taste. I also love the history attached to each of the roasts.

Great vibe, plenty of room, lots of people working and studying, steady line but not a long wait. Pastries and food items are top notch too. I love watching the roaster in action at the back bar.

Pearland desperately needed a coffee shop where you could actually enjoy spending time. First Cup nailed it. I’ll be back!

I’ve been in coffee shops all over the country and can assure you that Pearland is home of the one of the finest coffee shops you will find anywhere. The interior is luxuriously decorated with that distinct coffee shop vibe, there are private office spaces available around the exterior, and a glass-walled room for the children. Oh, and the wonderful coffee is fresh-roasted on site.
